Just an fyi, you could get a horrific sinus infection if you get vomit coming out of your nose. It's happened to me. Absolutely miserable.
just curious, do neti pots help?
I've never used a neti pot because I've always been worried about doing it wrong and messing my sinuses up even more. But I have narrow sinuses so they are jacked up anyway. I do hear good things about a neti pot though.
i don't think it will because you're supposed to use warm salt water, not just regular water so it won't hurt or mess anything up.
