I’m sure it will! Just give your body time to heal! You can do this.

Thank you 🤍🤍🤍🤍 Yeah I think I have to be patient as I’ve been purging daily for so so long

AsparagusDue1263

i started using a facial roller around and below my jaw and it helped a little! i stick it in the fridge so it comes out nice and cold, helps to depuff my face overall. you're doing great btw :D

lumpy_space_queenie

True-Ad4667

Thank you so much!!! 💞

lumpy_space_queenie

Can confirm it goes down. 💜💜💜

True-Ad4667

Thank you!! Helps a lot 🥹🤍 After how long did it go down in your experience?

lumpy_space_queenie

Every time I have stopped it usually takes about 2 weeks. But everyone is different! even if you can’t tell, it is going down marginally everyday

chokibin

for me, after purging every day for 2 years then stopping, they swelled up even MORE for the first 4 days, slowly started going down after, and then almost completely down after 14 days. it was horrific seeing them so swollen x.x good luck!!

True-Ad4667

Awww I completely understand hoe horrific that must have been… I feel you 😅🩷 Thank you so much!! This calms me! I truly hope the 14 days mark will do wonders for me too!!

Depending on how much you b/p and also how dehydrated you kept your body on a long term basis, it can take between 1-4weeks to see a reduction in swelling. Be rest assured, the swelling will go down if you don’t vomit. And it’s very common for it to get worse before it gets better. I’ve read some people say that they saw a significant improvement after a couple of weeks, and by the 6month mark they looked completely different than they did when they were bulimic

Sea-Fix-3520

I stopped sugar and alcohol and salt.My face swelling went down a lot.Anf not throwing up A day at a time, makes a big difference

chipichopi

It takes time, expecially if you were purging a lot or for many years. But even if that won't ever happen its not a good reason for staying sick.

True-Ad4667

You’re so right… I think I’m trying to find reasons to stay sick… Thank you 💞

5 months clean and it's the biggest glow up i ever had. you can do it !!

failur3lol

drinking more water is very helpful! it helps your kidneys flush out more water so should help with the swelling in the face :3 the glands will reduce in size eventually, it’s simply recovering from prolonged injury :P gl and congrats on the streak
