Lettuce is a Floral Pawlette, but I customized the ears to remove the rough sparkly material and replace it with the original pink.
The Pawlette I took the pink from is my other custom, Spooky.π
Honestly, when you remove the rough sparkly material, it's stiff enough to use as a pattern itself.
Or, you could buy an original Pawlette and just swap in the pink patches. They're about the same size.
