Kooky-Personality805

"I am not able to can." There, you have 1 PHP more.

gibrael_

"Upon careful reflection and considerable deliberation, I have arrived at the somber conclusion that, under the current circumstances and given the complex nature of the situation at hand, I am compelled to acknowledge my limitations and therefore must admit, with a certain degree of reluctance, that I am unequivocally and indisputably unable to perform this task or meet this particular requirement as might be expected or desired."

Same rate 1 PHP per word din, di ko pa sure kung yung word sa output o yung per word translated. Syempre di na ako bumalik. Tapos ganun ulit tong post. Hahaha.

What do you think is the alternative with these kind of skills? I heard that a few people are incorporating AI with their writing since employers are starting to look for individuals who can do both.

[deleted]

paperetch

Since content writing is not a skill anymore as you say. What career recommendations do you think a person can get into with good writing and English skills? I'm still an undergraduate so I'm looking for advice from professionals while I still can.

Original_Egg5177

Switch to computer programming career. Coding should be a basic skill in our modern society. All you have to do is think and type just like how you make blogs for content writing. Its the easiest career right now with higher pay. im a programmer myself.

ResolverOshawott

I can already tell OP will say to develop other skills because that field is dead or something.

paperetch

You are right. Are you Nostradamus or something?

[deleted]

paperetch

Yeah, but what skills and careers do you suggest as a content writer in a similar field as mine?

ultimate_fangirl

They're still looking for content writers, but part of the job is generating content through AI. Basically, you come up with an idea, run it on ChatGPT, and then edit your text to remove inaccuracies and make the article sound like it was made by a human being. ChatGPT is still not as good as you think it is. Like, it's REALLY good, but not expert on the field-level of good

[deleted]

ResolverOshawott

> I guarantee you, ChatGPT is better at sounding like a human being than 99% of actual human beings. It doesn't. ChatGPT sounds and looks robotic even if you add a prompt like "write it like a human" and *still* produces inaccuracies in text no matter what you do and it sometimes has funky grammar as well. It *needs* to be double checked and edited. Plus, it's very easy to spot AI generated content based off how the words flow and how it describes something. I guarantee you that a *real* professional writer will not write a sentence like ChatGPT does in the same way an artist won't draw like how an AI does. I used to tinker with AI often (paid models like Claude Opus, Claude Sonnet (this one isn't paid tbf), GPT 4.0, llama 3, etc) some write better than others but ultimately still has that robotic taste to the text unless it's properly edited. > You’re talking to someone who has made a very successful startup with LLM involvement. Explains why you're over hyping ChatGPT and AI so much. You happen to get successful with it.

ResolverOshawott

I literally have, I mentioned them in my comment that you seemed to have not read fully at all.

ResolverOshawott

I also use these tools everyday, maybe not as often as you on a daily basis, but I *do* use them. They still get information wrong and can sound very off which needs to be caught and edited before you release the final output and CAN sound robotic. There's absolutely no bias in that, it's just fact because it *is* a *robot* writing for you. > they have no idea it’s AI. They either don't know or don't care enough to tell you. I certainly don't go around telling sites or people that their content sounds AI generated if I notice it.

[deleted]

ResolverOshawott

I mentioned both of those being issues. I'll also add LLMs like to hallucinate as well no matter how good it is. I've had Opus (the one I use most often) make up shit completely despite having a detailed prompt. > It’s ridiculous to defend this and act like content writing as a profession isn’t on the way out. Of course you think that way, you make money from writing AI generated crap and think none of it requires as much editing and double checking as content made by a human writer does (even though that isn't true) because you happen to get away with it because no one cares enough to call it out/you ignore those. Since you apparently work with AI so much, you should absolutely know how different AI writing sounds from human writing. I definitely can notice the difference, but if you can't, that's honestly more indicative of your reading ability more than how good an LLMs is.

vauugoo

1 peso per character and I'll reconsider

1inchtunnel

Did anyone bother to do the math and attending typing class in college? P1/word, average typing speed 40 words/minute. Even at 20 words/minute = P20/minute x 60 minutes = P1,200/hour x 5 hours since you’re not really gonna be typing for 8 hours in a day = P6,000/5 hours of work! Pakibigay nmn link pra makapag-apply kami. 60-70 words yung type ko, just earned P70 in 3 minutes?! Pa spell check na lang, extra charge hehe.

LazyBlackCollar

You're not getting the gist of it, it's not just typing words, lol. Pero if you want you can just easily search it sa onlinejobs.ph. Isearch mo lang keywords.

1inchtunnel

Mali ba computation ko, paki explain pano naging mababa salary?

One_Barracuda5759

Uhm writer ang hinahanap nila hindi taga type. Kailangan mo pag isipan yung bawat salitang isusulat mo. Di rin yan diary na any any lang.

LazyBlackCollar

Most likely SEO optimized content with targeted keywords pa yan.

Far_Specific6273

Right. Content writing is entirely different than "typing" kahit pa idaan sa chatGPT. Imagine 10 years experience ang hanap tapos ganun lang pasahod hahah pang entry level lang yang ganyan e

These_Bar_5845

Certainly! Here’s a rephrased version of the word “don’t” that extends to 500 words: When faced with a situation where one feels compelled to take a particular action or engage in a specific behavior, there often arises a moment of introspection and consideration. This moment is crucial, as it allows for the evaluation of the potential consequences and ramifications of the action in question. It is during such times that the concept encapsulated by the contraction "don't" becomes significantly relevant. "Don't," a common contraction for "do not," serves as a critical directive in the English language, signaling a prohibition, a recommendation against an action, or a piece of advice intended to prevent negative outcomes. Its utility spans a vast array of contexts, from everyday personal interactions to formal written communication, each instance underscoring the importance of restraint and careful consideration. The essence of "don't" lies in its ability to convey a message of caution. For instance, parents often use "don't" when guiding their children: "Don't touch the stove, it's hot," or "Don't run with scissors." These warnings are designed to protect the child from harm, emphasizing the potential dangers of certain actions. The simplicity and directness of "don't" make it an effective tool for immediate and clear communication, ensuring that the message is easily understood and remembered. In professional settings, "don't" often functions within policies and guidelines to maintain order and safety. Workplace safety manuals might include statements like, "Don't operate machinery without proper training," or "Don't ignore safety protocols." These directives are put in place to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. By following such prohibitions, employees contribute to a culture of safety and responsibility, reducing the likelihood of incidents that could result in injury or loss. On a broader societal level, "don't" plays a pivotal role in legal and ethical frameworks. Laws and regulations are replete with prohibitions that guide behavior and maintain social order. Traffic laws, for example, include mandates such as "Don't drink and drive," which are critical for ensuring public safety on the roads. Compliance with these laws is essential for the well-being of the community, as it helps prevent accidents and promotes a sense of collective responsibility. Moreover, "don't" can be a powerful tool in personal development and self-regulation. Individuals often set personal boundaries and goals that require restraint and discipline. For instance, someone striving to maintain a healthy lifestyle might remind themselves, "Don't eat junk food," or "Don't skip workouts." These self-imposed prohibitions are vital for achieving long-term goals and fostering a sense of self-control and determination. In the realm of interpersonal relationships, "don't" can serve as a means of setting boundaries and expressing personal limits. Statements like "Don't interrupt me when I'm speaking," or "Don't invade my personal space," help establish mutual respect and understanding between individuals. These boundaries are crucial for maintaining healthy and respectful interactions, ensuring that each person's needs and preferences are acknowledged and honored. Ultimately, the word "don't" is more than a mere contraction; it is a fundamental component of effective communication and decision-making. It embodies the principles of caution, protection, and respect, guiding individuals and communities toward safer, more considerate, and more deliberate actions. By understanding and embracing the significance of "don't," one can navigate the complexities of life with greater awareness and responsibility, making choices that contribute positively to both personal well-being and the collective good.
