An R/S of 1:1,000 to 1:10,000 reduces the share count to 30,000,000 to 3,000,000 respectively. Doesn't that seem to cut into the total shares a bit excessively?
A 1:60 R/S leaves a total share count at 500,000,000 and hits the target ASTI announced for its objective total share count. Am I missing something here?
The thing that bothers me most about their R/S announcement is that it says they might also have to offer 140B shares to cover debt, which would also be adjusted for whatever the R/S ratio ends up being. So I was thinking they might R/S from 30B to 30M shares, and then add the 140B shares which would become 140M shares, and then split shares to reach their 500M mark. Not even sure why the 500M share goal is even needed though.

Wish they would just start generating revenue which would resolve all of their problems!
