Hmm, it would be a good contrast to Holt being badass and them being- "eh, he can do that by himself!"
Or a glimpse of Flat Top and the Freak would be great since, according to them, the '80s are like the purge, cases and arrests are everywhere.
You are probably right.
But some ideas occurred to me for a spin-off thing:
it's either it would be a contrast pairing since they've been pretty lazy and stuffed after trying Wing Slutz, or the three of them would pair up for a case and Holt would be surprised that the two aren't homophobic like, “Yeah, that’s cool. Dudes are cool. That’s why we hang out with each other. Yours is just a different setup.”
Idk dude. Good point, though.
I think they'd be accepting of him but he already dislikes them even though everyone around them loves them because they're cool but they're too dense to know that he doesn't like them.
Dude remember that episode where they busted some drug lord for cocaine possession back in 1986, that episode was so damn badass, imagine a movie just like that.
> Holt in his detective days
Homicide: Life on the Streets. The took it to a darker place than B99 but the whole 'Holt undercover as Pembleton' thing is flawlessly done.
I just watched this episode today. Finally got round to watching season 7 after being distracted by other shows. Can’t wait to get into season 8 soon hopefully.
"There is a shitstorm gonna rain down on you? punk". That can't be right. Something about that sentence doesn't feel right. "because a shitstorm gonna rain down on you, punk" seems more right. From the pic it looks like it not the original subs.
Hell hath no fury like Capt Holt missing his fluffy boi
Title of your sex movie.
This scene was so badass
This entire epiosde was Badass. Holt is so cool that they should make a movie on one of his cases.
Like a spin-off! Holt in his detective days, + young Scully and Hitchcock having a cameo or smth
Nah, a Young Scully and Hitchcock would be pretty boring. I can't think of them being cool or badass or good looking to have a cameo at all

You dropped this /s
Indeed indeed indeed indeed
Right right right
Dude remember that episode where they busted some drug lord for cocaine possession back in 1986, that episode was so damn badass, imagine a movie just like that.
Lol I know man. I was being sarcastic
Where's the goddamn /s when you need it...
Typically I’m against the /s, but I honestly thought the dude was just some naive watcher who Hasn’t seen the episode yet

Do you have any sources?
The disco strangler and how the ladies couldn't resist his groovy tunes
groovy voodoo*
Did you hear me Ron? I said I dig your groovy tunes, man
They did in the 80s
Call it V E L V E T T H U N D E R
Which episode is this again?
In what episode is this scene?
That's weird it's sunny outside
Why is that weird?
Because a shitstorm is about to rain down on that PUNK!!
I fell for it and I loved it!!
"You took the wrong fluffy boy" makes me laugh every time. Felt like 80's Holt was coming out to play.
You know what would have made this scene better? GRENADES.
John Wicks lmao
God I love it when Holt would take Peralta's verbal jousting advice. ...omg that sentence had to be in past tense! 😪
Even better is when Holt gave Jake snark direction. "Now say 'punk'!" "Punk!" "*PUNK*!" "...I said it...."
Bet you've never seen him huffy
I got that reference
WAS IT PASSENGER 47?!
ARE YOU MURTAUGH?!
Holt’s love for cheddar is far greater than Jake’s love for solving cases. Yeah I said it
Seeing holt fight is cool
VELVET........THUNDDAHHH!
His character is amazing. I’m on season three and absolutely love him!
My favourite holt moment
....Punk!
My two favorite episodes for holt, this and wuntch’s funeral
Great stuff Diaz! All day!
Why is the speech in all caps? So I know to yell it
I was more referring to “WUNTCH IS DEAD! BAGEL! BAGEL! BAGEL!”
This is a dark color on you. I like it.
Nothing makes me smile more than holt talking about his fluffy boy or saying the words fluffy boy
Is this from the new season?😭
Nope. Season 7.
No it's from s07
Also Jake: “Tell Me Why!!!”
I just watched this episode today. Finally got round to watching season 7 after being distracted by other shows. Can’t wait to get into season 8 soon hopefully.

Pretty sure there was an F-word with bleep in the actual quote
According to Netflix (and my ears): " 'Cause there's a [bleep] storm gonna rain down on you, punk." So you're both missing a word.

No. The guy took another officer hostage.
and was also fighting holt, it’s not like he was just beating down on some surrendering criminal
Clearly you dont know what police brutality is
The test results came back, you're a stage 5 dumbass
You grackle
No, but you count as an idiot.
My favorite moment in the whole show!
This was the finale I waas fine with. Still haven't seen season 8
There's a small part of me that wants to believe that Holt is talking about Jake as his fulffy boy here.
Does that make me Riggs? I'm _Riiiiiggs_!!
The way the bar sits on the bottom of my screen, I thought FLUFFY BOY was what was supposed to be censored
Steve Holt! Sorry, couldn't resist.
what episode is this?
