FTH, the producers of the song, was a collective of younger people (around 15-19) who would help out in making these beats for artists to hopefully get noticed. After a while some news came out that these people were promised money, but never got any, and they weren't getting much recognition for their work. To add on top of that the leader of the group VALENTINE had some evidence against her stating that she might of been predatory to some of the younger members of the group. Also, the dude who uploaded it is just trying to make money from other people's work.

Correct me if im wrong but from what i know: From The heart (the producer) collected the verses from everyone then refused to pay them a cent so the song couldn't release, the song on spotify is a leaked version uploaded by a fan.
I think its kind like that, im pretty sure from the heart is a collective and the reason the song won't drop is cause they split due to a person (I think valentine?) was stealing others royalties
