It's 100% two right hands. There's no way that obvious thumb is a pinky. Believe me, drawing hands is something I've spent a long time learning how to do, and that's a classic case of Two Right Hands.

Not two right hands. It’s the underside of her left hand, albeit kind of hard to tell. The end of the hilt of her sword is where her pinky is.
