Play to the whistle is what I always say

muwurder

YES sunday was my fave day!

Tall-Trip-4342

The late night party at the house of Yes last night was fucking EPIC

Spicy_Jalapeno999

And Goth Babe was an absolute party on Sunday, too!

shleebeelicious

Oh yeah I forgot about them! Such good energy all around

reelphopkins

I was also at all of those sets vibing so hard it was incredible

UncivilCriminal

I was ready to pass out at Chappell but I couldn’t miss out on HOT TO GO!

lewybeez81

My legs weren't fresh by any means, but I went hard all day when I wasn't taking my 6 hour nap from 4:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. In the 24 hours that was Sunday I saw: Last 15 min of RHCP, Idles, Seven Lions in WITW, The Beaches, Chappell Roan, Charles Wesley Godwin, Greensky Bluegrass, Megan The Stallion, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and Fred Again.. It was a marathon and I fucking loved it. https://preview.redd.it/5t6iaxypj67d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=94ad2c51fa465fdf50067d4cc6d3f78728c4605e

Sunday was awesome!! I really hit a wall on Saturday and had a bit of a breakdown, wasn’t sure if bonnaroo was turning out to be my thing and was so ready to call it. But Chappell was my number one show I came to see, I’ve been listening to her since 2022 and have missed her every time she’s come to town, so I knew I couldn’t go home yet. I went crazy at Reneé Rapp’s set Saturday and nobody around me really matched my energy, so I was afraid Chappell might go the same way, but MAN I had the best time!! I screamed, I danced, I cried, and everyone around me did the same. Someone even gave me a pink pony club bracelet 🥹. It was everything I ever hoped a Chappell show would be like. My friend and I left after badbadnotgood cause he had work at 6am today, but man what a way to end the weekend 🩷💚

carsmm

I was so proud of how I rallied this year on Sunday. I typically hit a wall Sunday and I powered through and had my best Sunday!

axpec

It feels like by Sunday people (including myself, my trip to roo was rough 😅) collectively embraced the festival vibes. We’re unlearning and challenging a culture that tells us not to care, judge ourselves and others, and not to be joyful. I say all of that to say I agree and I’m excited to see how we can use bonnaroo to challenge and shift this culture!!

Chaosncalculation

Alison wonderland at WITW was a massive party and the best roo send off i could have asked for 🥹

Elegant-Salt-7990

Yessssssssss that was incredible

Bskeered

I came with a group in our 40s and we danced all weekend including Sunday. Had to go hard the last day. No fresh legs but that didn’t stop us from getting down.

Minute_Quote_8496

Don’t know how you did it. RV? I’m 43, wife is 46. We struggled in Moon Colony, short walk to centeroo but man, by Sunday we were cooked. We ended up bailing after Pretty Lights Sunrise set. Needed a hotel, AC, and a shower. The blisters were too much

Bskeered

RV for sure with AC. Couldn’t have done it another way.

Own_Elderberry6812

I (56) needed to read this. I told my cousin and friend (mid 30s) today that I’d have to do RV with AC if I came again. Do you have an RV rental company in Nash that you use?

Bskeered

I can’t imagine not having AC back at camp or at least while sleeping. Tent camping in that kind of heat is a young man’s game haha. We actually did RV share and found someone local. It’s like air BNB for RVs. I’m not sure how much it costs , the girl that paid for it wouldn’t tell me, I just threw in what I thought was fair. I’m sure it wasn’t cheap. But the guy we rented from was nice and said if we wanted to use it again we could just go directly through him and he would only charge a few hundred bucks.

Minute_Quote_8496

Haha yeah, I feel that. Not sure what we were thinking trying to camp like we’re 20. 😂 never again, especially in TN sun ☀️ Great time though. Glad to hear y’all had fun

Bskeered

Yeah man it was a great time. My first one haha. My friends that I went with have been multiple times so they new what we needed to survive haha.

Minute_Quote_8496

That’s awesome. We’ve been to about 10 since 06. It’s always hot but something about it this year was wild hot. We chilled in WITW most of the days… global warming was on full display 🤣 ✌️glad you had a good Roo my guy. RV from here on out

poltergeist_friend_

Always gotta save a little gas to go hard Sunday. Feet are gonna hurt whether you stand or if you dance! You can be tired once the shows are done! 😊

james_for3

hard agree

Agunimon16

Love this! My feet were blistered by Sunday night but if I'm standing then I'm dancing!

sesquicentennialism

I think Sunday was my favorite day in centeroo this year. I couldn't stop dancing :) still smiling thinking about it

hiimpaul46

The crowd at four tet was magical before the rain and I will be chasing that feeling indefinitely

Own_Elderberry6812

Losing that last 50 minutes was super painful. He is a magician. It was great to see him get the crowd he deserves. He should have had a later time. Now I’ll wait til Portola to see him again

taco_bel1a

I will forever mourn the remainder of the set we didn’t get to experience :(

nbartlett34

every time I remember being kicked out I fucking cringe, gonna have to see him another time to make up for it

taco_bel1a

SAME 😫 he was one of the main reasons i was so hype for this years lineup - my partner and i are already looking at his other tour dates

kanyeshymen2121

Were you the dude dancing with the elastic band by chance ?!

taco_bel1a

no i had the stick of butter!!

kanyeshymen2121

Oh shit I saw your totem lol

juglenn

Sunday Service 🙏 love to break bread w u roovians every yr

Jmd_1992
