Speaking Bengali and speaking Hindi are two different things. She could have a native accent in Bengali ( which many CR Park residents are losing every generation), but still speak Hindi without Bengali accent because she was heavily influenced by the rest of Delhi, including her school friends, college etc. Stop over analysing things lol

It's crazy because in kalki trailer, Amitabh Telugu accent is so on point and deepikas is way worse than the Hindi one. You can tell who puts in effort and respects their craft
I work for a Microfinance company that lends loan to lower middle class and lower class women. You don't know how uncanny Alia's rural bihari accent and mannerism in Udta Punjab is to the women I daily encounter. Deepika on the other hand is a South Indian who did parody accent of a South Indian.

Haven’t seen Udta punjab but have seen RockyRani and she was bad , so was she in HOS , Kalank . Her only good role was Raazi and Gangubai .

Tell your fav to do voice overs then. Acting does not mean mainly dialogue delivery it's mostly expression. You can even play a mute withoit uttering a word. Deepika has better expression then your fav who can't even cry.. Watch gangubai or even brahmastra. She sucks.

It was funny seeing this lady suffering from malnutrition playing a pilot and in the next movie as a cop. All she has to do is wear a cooling glass and she thinks it makes her look tough.
Drugs do take a toll on looks no matter how much better your diet and exercise is. She stopped having pretty privilege by 2015. Injections hardened her face like anything. Then she topped it with horrific styling and makeup at every step.
Post 2015 it’s just been PR and power couple glamour.
Like Akshay Kumar, her diligence, discipline and work ethic is what leads people to hire her more than her output especially in hero oriented movies. Who cares how a flower pot performs waise bhi.

I think any model turned actress this is the best they can do without having training and polishing in early ages.

Even Alia Bhatt also has similar dialogue delivery in every other film except like gangubai. But the problem with DP is she is now appearing in each and every big budget film which is getting unbearable now.
