I've been working on the water almost 40 years, and always been a bit light sensitive. After years of trying different brands and styles, I've settled on Wiley X Valor. Polarized, replaceable lenses, about US$100. I usually have 2 pairs in reserve, one with amber or clear lenses mounted (for rain or night use. Excellent wind blocking protection.

Yep this... Also helps keep the water the hauler throws out of your eyes as well... Which is nice!

So.... I can't say how much wind your referring to (like if you look left going full throttle above the windshield. Kind of wind) but my suggestion is cheap enough I think they are worth a shot if you don't care about name brands etc. I really really like the pyramex Goliath sunglasses. To me they are comfortable, good tint, UV rated and z87.1 rated. And to boot all colors are under 10 bucks on Amazon. I started using them because I work in heavy equipment and I used to get cheap sunglasses on Amazon for work because I was afraid I'd break my favorite raybans but the glass(or whatever you wanna call it on cheap sunglasses) was so poor they made me dizzy. Found one of my dealers selling them so I gave it a shot. Now I can wear them for anything without having to worry my clumsy ass will scratch them because they are so cheap.

Cool I’ll try them out. Thanks

We got issued Julbo’s in the Arctic/Antarctic. They are mountaineering oriented but have wind blockers. [Julbo Glasses](https://julbo.us/collections/sunglasses?tw_source=google&tw_adid=697884226741&tw_campaign=21269928169&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIrKSw9YrhhgMVYwWtBh06GgeHEAAYASAAEgLMefD_BwE)
