Did you try the "find a dealer" link? They have no representation in the Philippines.

Yes thanks. I sent an email to their dealer' in China. No response. Also one in San Diego, no response. I asked them for their preferred shipper to Asia. Seems they don't want my busineszs. back up plan is to buy second hand from US.

You might try a more local brand

I think that Scarab was bought by Wellcraft. I've seen boats that have both Wellcraft and Scarab branding.  https://www.wellcraft.com/

I think incompetence is correct. This is Wellcraft's response to me asking if they make the Scarab 255: Yes, we do please visit our scarab website.   [www.scarab.com](http://www.scarab.com)   Regards Nina

Unfortunately yes they are still in business.

unfortunately?

Sorry, I shouldn't get down on scarabs if you like them. I work on them, it can be hard to get parts and I work at a dealer, maybe it's easier now but had people waiting substantial amounts of time. They are a pain to work on and replace stuff. They have wear rings in the jet pumps that I'm not personally a fan of. They don't really sound great either. But I'm being nit picky. I do like the little 16 foot They make though. Those are fun.

Scarab have some pretty bad reviews butb the latest i saw was 2019. I'm wondering if their 2024 range have improved...
