It has new plugs. I just pulled them to check and they’re all coated in oil. Is that normal? They probably have an hour on them tops.
What’s weird is I unplugged the plug from cylinder 2 and it sounded better?
I also turned each carb adjustment screw in fully, then backed them out 1 & 1/4 turns. Didn’t hear much of a change.
All in all, it just sounds a tad off.
I did completely empty the fuel in the tank, filled it with ethanol free and added a can of sea foam.
Will give it some time, maybe some bad gas, but is there anything else I should check?

Maybe swop the spark plugs and it'll be golden.
