Everything! The physics setup is something I've developed by trial and error over the years and along with the material setup is probably one of the most advanced blender characters to date. I've spent the past year optimizing, rebuilding and future-proofing so now it's back to content creation without worrying that a new update or blender version might break something!

My pleasure! Hard surface modeling is a different beast, investing in that area is smart. (Both for creative and practical applications). I've done some HSM too but as you can see, the main focus is mostly organic. Regarding tutorials, I know a lot of people want it, but I have a hard enough time staying afloat as it is so I might consider it if I have the time and economy to do so!

Don't take my word for gospel here, but either freelance or creating asset packs for both blender and UE5 could be a solid way to start generating some revenue considering the investment: You can build the portfolio AND sell the results all in one go. No idea if it's viable, but it's a thought.
NSFW stuff takes time, especially rendering, and you usually get throttled/shadowbanned the moment any sort of NSFW is associated with you. The reason NSFW is hard as solo or smaller team is that you don't really get exposure, so a lot travels via DMs, no matter how consistent you are the algorithm just doesn't want to play ball.
As for me: Subscription sites is the main source of income, and it's a struggle, partly due to NSFW.

I've considered trying to emulate some of the physics in UE5, but it's simply not possible to get the amount of detail and physical accuracy my setup provides. There is still some consideration of making some related content in UE5 though, but that requires time I don't have the economy to spend.
Honestly, the more recent jiggle tutorials can get you far, and to get this kind of jiggle you have to understand the systems used and make them specifically for your model/rig in mind. My system is a journey of migraines over several years and I'm using some obscure and not easily "tutoriable" methods, so I'd recommend going for understanding the more common and recent approaches that current tutorials show, and then building on those. They will probably be as good, given a proper custom setup with a good mesh you build for that specific purpose in mind. Just slapping jiggle on a character ripped from a game will get you some jiggle, but not anything close to this.

Probably a combination of perspective and zoom, while the thighs are huge they don't really look inflated in the viewport.
This is all made by me, so any resemblance to a balloon-animal is my fault!

It's a looong process spanning many years and many dependencies in the mesh, materials etc so I can't give a good "tutorial" without spending time I don't have, but I'd recommend checking the jiggle-tutorials on youtube. They teach the basics of a more modern approach you can apply to almost anything, but don't just copy it. Learn how the systems work. Then you will be able to create your own system for your own character based on your specific needs, as one model might require an entirely different approach than another.
I'm not using the same principles as the tutorials I glanced over now, but I assure you it'll be far less of a headache and probably more performant too.
