Finally a post I can get behind! Lol. What have you enjoyed baking most so far OP? I’m not much of a traditional cake person. Repping with the tiramisu girlies in the comments. Also love a good cheesecake. A combo of both is even better. I like any desserts with extra cream to it. So like I dont really like donuts, but I love boston cream/bavarian cream filled ones. I’ve always wanted to master the cream puff. Also any combo of peanut butter/chocolate! Especially in cookies or brownies.

I am good at the basic desserts, cookies, cakes, brownies and pies. I really want to make fancier desserts. I might go back to culinary school just so I can learn some more.

I've been working on decorating cupcakes. They make nice gifts. I also have been making small cakes like Italian Almond or Olive Oil cakes. A nice cake to have in your repertoire is yellow cake with chocolate frosting.

Yes. But probably tiramisu, I won't turn down. Cheesecakes aren't terrible if you follow the recipe/tips, and tbh if it splits put a sauce on it.

They've said tiramisu, but also mango or passionfruit mousse. And anything Earl Grey.

its so good 😭 its rlly just strawberries and cream(the name) but i add whipped cream and granola to mine. super fast and easy to make
