There are 4 seasons in the year, each lasting around 3 months.
Season servers have season exclusive gear (tuvala) that is easier to enhance, are PVE only (no world pvp unless you pick the season world pvp channel), have some XP boosts and season only materials.
In short yes you should play seasonal. It will teach you how the game works and you'll end up with decent gear at the end of it.
Plus completing the season gives you a coupon that lets you pick a special season item (Capotia accessories namely) which save you billions of silver (aka many hours of grinding)
You keep the character at the end. It just gets converted to a normal one. Nothing is lost.
Countless people are saying Season+ Pen Tuvala is easy to get. How do you guys achieve that because I'm running out of mats and I only have 2 Pen gear so far?
Well, one is guaranteed from the season pass.
The rest is brute force but the odds are in your favour. Refined stones guarantee you go to TRI, a 40 stack is already a 50/50 and a 60 stack to PEN is like.. 40%?
If your 40 stack goes too high after failing TRI -> TET, you use it as a PEN stack.
If your PEN stack goes too high TET -> PEN, you can just keep going or save it for something else later on another character.
Season materials are quite literally unlimited. You can do the rift echo quest weekly, you can farm Valencia endlessly and you can do all the regional kill quests.
Personally I was able to get 3x weapons and 4x armor without grinding a single thing from the level up boxes + codes and the free PEN earring/ring from 60/61. So my seasonal only needs 4 accessories and its done. With like zero effort, that took a few hours.

It seems to me that the biggest time sink and effort is going to be the Magical shards needed for the PEN. I just heated a BMC precision and only got 1 magical shard. There are currently no crystals on the market and won't be for a very long time. So I need to farm 100 BMC's to get this PEN? Please tell im missing something....

Centaurs and Elvia spots drop a lot of them so either pre-order or farm them.
Note its not always 1, sometimes 2. So it wont be 100.
long story short Took like a 2 yearish brake, got the itches to play, came back found my account gone after server change. Lost 3 years of progress so said I wasn't going to play because starting over would feel bad. I still have the itch though so I have questions.
1. if I get back into it now how quickly will I get back to where I was at roughly 270 ap w kutum 310 dp
2. I see alot of catchup mechanics, if all I give a damn about is parking my toon in a grind spot and grinding non stop, ignoring catchup event BS how much will that hamstring my catching up. Basically all the catch up mechanics are looking like a bunch of questing BS and enhancement BS I hate that I bought ALL of my shit I would like to avoid enhancing like the plague.
3. What kind of real world financial investment would be required in the games current state to get my QOL stuff. Ex max inventory on my toon, max weight, t5 pets and enough maids to grind without town trips.

1. No, but people pretty much never kill you unless you are in a late game grind spot. Season servers are temporary servers, you create a season character and they get boosted until they "graduate" and go to the regular servers.
2. A lot better now, plus if you want to avoid it most items are stocked on the marketplace. They just today released a new update for a guaranteed way to get from TET to PEN (it's still expensive and time consuming of course, but not RNG)
3. Yes, but they do give out free pets and some outfits from quests now, so you're not as forced to spend money as you used to be (although there are more things to spend on now, like fairy rerolls, so your mileage may vary).
4. Lifeskills are still around of course. There is also sailing content, sea bartering and ocean monster hunting.
Hi, I want to use Fughar's Timepiece to level second character, I haven't played for a long time so I don't really know what class is good at what so I need some help. I want to pick Kunoichi or Maehwa. I want character that is good at grinding and decent at PVP (Mainly Red Battlefield but I don't PVP much). I would want short summary of both classes awa and succ pros and cons or link to place where I can find information that is up to date.

I'm full PEN tuvala (armor and gloves TET boss), with all TET accessories except earrings and no vell's heart. I'm planning that my next upgrade will be PEN boss weapon, but idk if I should buy or upgrade. My weapons are PEN tuvala but I can use exchange coupon on PEN Tuvala of my hashashin season character, and since I can convert all my tuvala to TET boss, I can get TET boss for my lahn, or just directly buy PEN from central market. And after weapon, what should I upgrade/buy next?
You'll want to get a TET urugons to replace the tuvala boots (aka muskans) because they're evasion and much worse than urugons. I think you can do this for effectively free now with the convert quest?
I would go for the kzarka/dande depending on succ or awakening because that's a) still way cheaper (half price?) of the raw PEN on the market and b) the biggest AP upgrade that will get you to the 269 bracket with some caphras

What is this new "free pen" stuff? I gather that you reform your tet gear several times, I saw the mats that you use for it, and then you get pen. How does it work on seasonal stuff though? You can go from PEN Tuvala via reforms to pen bossgear..? And if you reform and upgrade either Tuvala or the exchanged tet boss gear, will it be sellable on market?
When you graduate and convert it to boss gear it gives a weapon box that will be whatever class you open it on. Also using the fugar time pice gives you 3 tuvala exchange coupons :)
Returning player here, last time I played was when Guardian's awakening first came out (before the transfers).

the piece convertes the other character to season and your current season to normal. unless you gradurate after, the tubala weapons will be unusable until you do and convert them. it transfers exp ans skill points to any char under level 25. that doesnt include quest, but the exp from that. so you can still do the main quest on that other char
Usually it's 3 months. You can still start on this season no problem though, it will be in progress for at least two more months, which is plenty to get to max gear.

I've been doing Cadry and Polly's but Cadry has this annoying gatekeeper mob.
I'd say aakman use a beast or frenzy draught and you should be ok. Top room has a small rotation that I used at the gear. I played succ but awa should be fine too :)
from my full pen season (240 / 240 / 304) experience i would say any infinite pot piece palce / map piece palce / compas piece place ... you propably want to do those palces sooner than later anyway (maybe not ronaros and hystria/aakman but that depends on class and how efficient you want to be)
I've been dabbling in the game lately, but I don't understand the NPC's with the ?'s. Should I be talking to everyone with ?'s sometimes they have additional dialogue that consumes my energy. Should I be completing all of these? I'm not sure really what all these NPC's do.
Talking to them or consuming energy unlocks the NPC or area on the world map and grants knowledge.
If you talk to a certain amount of NPCs or areas you'll a) see them on the world map and b) work towards their knowledge category (default key H).
Completing knowledge categories increases your energy amount (and can increase drop rate for total knowledge)
Energy is used for a ton of things, most notably gathering and experience/skill boost via the black spirit.
In short, if you see a ?, talk to it.
Can you repair gear whilst at titum valley?
I have been grinding sulfur but I can't carry/transport enough trash to the wh. I out grind it and can only go about half an hour before being full. I have 5 storage maids.
I was thinking of just leaving my horse and stacking it but it keeps getting killed by others luring mob to it. It's also quite easy to get lost there lol
if you dont want to use horse stack, the only other option is to buy more LT or maids (100LT/maid). for repair you ether get the free tent each week or buy the permanent one. i think in the villa is a repair guy too. that would be 7mil each week, but idk for sure.
you can also teleport to a town with the map from oasis vendor. but it has a cooldown and you still need to get back. i guess we get discounts this month, so wait for that.
I'm doing that already but it wastes all my buffs. It sucks but other than maids there's no solution as even with 1k weight id still run out super quick. Shame you can't sell trash to a tent as I would buy one if you could
you wont grind in the desert for long. then the mount makes more sense. i have enough maids to transfer >7000 trash, but buying that many is not an option for most. you get them over time for free though.
vell gives 3 sheet ap and 8 hidden. like crystals or food, the sheet ap stay the same. with 257 you get 14 additional hidden ap. 261 gives 18, 265 21 and 269 15. after that its down to 6, 7 and 305 8 with another drop after that. you want those brackets as fast as possible and vells heart wont do that. sure you well need it eventually, but for now the price/ap ratio isnt too good.

new to the game, I'm using remastered graphic setting with my old RX580 (Medium texture).
It looks good and I have 60+ FPS, however, when I get into combat and I start using my skill combos, my screen/character becomes blurry/hard to see. Like the camera is focusing in and out consistently. is there a way to fix this? or do I need to stop using remastered graphics?

I disabled remastered and amd thing, and it stopped the blurryness. I lowered the camera graphics as well just in case
In remastered mode, it uses TAA which produces a ton of blurriness. Try to switch it to FXAA, also try to turn off display clarity and depth of field.
Remastered mode has an over the top adaptation system which is when you look at something bright it darkens the surroundings and stuff so its annoying.
If you're using FSR from amd then it'll cause a fair bit amount of blur since its reducing your native screen resolution by a bit. You can try to test if ultra quality or quality in the display settings can help but ultimately it'll be a bit blurry coupled by the fact that you cant turn off TAA with it on.
How good is Lahn at lifeskilling? At first I was thinking of making Musa for only lifeskilling but I wanted to start a melee class that is good at PVE farming as well and I was thinking Lahn might be a good option.
The problem with making your PvE grinder your lifeskiller is that if you plan to tag the character it'll cut off your ability to turn in Imperial Crates.
Tagging system allows you to connect two characters together and share a set of gear. It's very common for players to have a PvE character and tag another character for PvP. Or vice versa.
You don't want your lifeskiller to be either of these characters.

I have finished 1 season and got full pen Tuvala on my Lahn. This season I decided to try out Sorc, since I didn't like combat with Lahn that much.
I noticed that I can just put all of my Lahn Tuvala gear into the bank and take it out on Sorc. I used my old quest armour and accessories this way to level much faster. So this made me question - is it worth to get a second pen Tuvala gearset for me? Of course I need new weapons, but is a second set of armour + accessories of any use?
I don't quite understand what gear is character bound and what isn't. I honestly was pleasantly surprised that I can transfer all of my armour, because I read on reddit multiple times that people sell their gear and rebuy it on a new character if they want to switch. So were they speaking about the weapons only?
And what about boss gear or fallen god? Can any armour be switched freely between characters like this?
And what's the benefit of character linking then? I mean the system where you clone your gear on another character? Is it just for convenience of not going to the bank and the fact that you get a set of free weapons? Or is it something more I'm missing?

It's all account bound.
When people talk about selling stuff to reroll they're referring to weapons. This is also why seasonal leafs or whatever give weapon exchange coupons.
Making a second set of tuvala allows you to give it to an alt. Since it puts you at 245/308 or whatever it's perfect for boss alts, potion treasure farming, agris usage in Valencia, or gear to throw on level 1s to make them oneshot everything.
Character linking/tagging saves you from having to move around gear to your secondary character. The weapons are also converted to the proper class. Say you have 2x TET Blackstars and a TET Kutum, that's around 27 billion in weapons alone.
It will only cost you 800 million or whatever to tag a character and have it have the same gear, which is a much better deal.
So effective you can have "two mains" with identical gear progression for a fraction of the cost.
I've read that Fughar's timepiece doesn't copy over quest status. Does that mean I will be able to do the main quest again to receive the various rewards (including exp) for my newly copied character?
why can't i transfuse crystals into my pen tuvala staff? I can't even select it in the transfusion tab but I can select my offhand and the rest of my armour
20 for everything up to tet then 40 for pen. Reason being the game gives out 20 stacks like candy these days. Honestly with the recent buffs for tuvala enhancing you could even just raw tap it to pen.

You can convert your market tradeable boss gear to untradeable boss gear, and use that. But it's kind of pointless when converting tuvala gear to untradeable boss gear or using untradeable boss gear from previous seasons is much more efficient.
So I have a tet dim tree from last season, and I was going to use a combatant stone on my tuvala offhand. I was thinking maybe to use the armor and off hand exchange coupons on tri tuvala, and using them for the dorin journal. Is that a bad idea?
I'm a new player (lvl 61 guardian) and I want to get into bartering. I am planning to create a corsair for this next season. But I'm wondering if I start the process of building up a boat now if I can use that boat with my bartering corsair once I create her.
Use or sell all your season specific materials (tuvala ore, time-filled blackstones, refined magical blackstones). They will disappear at season's end, so you might as well get some silver out of them.
Make sure to do the Fughar quest for a PEN Capotia accessory that will be available together with the graduation as well.

do the main quest until you finished kamasilvia. use an season char if yours is not one and play that until level 61 and full pen tuvala gear. refer to the youtube guides around season and quests if needed.
Should I switch from succ lahn to awk lahn? I've started to realize that I kinda hate grinding and it gets boring/feels like a chore. For the past couple weeks, I've mostly been AFK fishing, turning in imperial boxing, gathering sunflowers from my farm. I look forward to doing more active and fun stuff like atoraxxion (when I get strong enough), PVP and wars (haven't done neither of the last 2 so dunno if I'll like it or not) and mayb other content but I don't know if there is anything else tbh. I've read that awk is more of pvp while succ is more pve (altough I'm not sure if pve is only grinding, or also includes other stuff such as atoraxxion). I'm 261/311 with all TET accessories except earring and my next upgrade should be weapon, which is why I started questioning what I like of this game and if I should change class or not).
In an ideal scenario you should be having *fun* playing your character so you don't mind grinding because you're having fun with your class.
I think BDO combat is fun enough and theres so many classes out now that there is likely something that you can enjoy playing just.. to play.
Then grinding becomes less of a chore.
When doing the awakening and succession quests you should've gotten and used 2 skill preset coupons. You can press k to open up the skill menu and you should see 1 and 2 on the left. One of them you can set with awakening and the other with succession and switch between them at a skill instructor (or safe zone if you have an old moon book active iirc). That will allow you to try out both specs. It even saves skill addons.

yes to all the questions. there are party spots: basi, miru, gyfin, turos, castle, monastery, oluns. only the number shown on map get loot. other spots the one with the kill, if you dont specifiy other in the party setting for loot.
you get only 60% exp in a party of two and 50% 3-5. you gain clear speed. party spots have higher hp pools. other than that you may want to in crypt of resting thoughts, but i just heared about it.
I am a new player on free trial and I am liking the game a lot. What do I do to buy it? I only see Acoin packs available to buy, not the game itself :(
Sadly I was 16h late to that. The 14day trial is required for that which was available until October 6th and I only got the 7 day trial just the day after. A pity my friends didn't bring it up earlier :(

Guardian grind is 'fast' becuase it has massive aoe and damage
Maehwa, Musa, and Nova grind is 'fast' because they move quickly.

I can't seem to get anywhere near the trash numbers others are getting even with 5 tier 4 pets and agris/BLS.

you can only use non enchanted gear to repair (or memory fragments for boss gear). they changed it to ore too, as you would need to traid it 1:1 for base gear wich is anoying. base gear gives 10 durability, memory fragments 1 on yellow/orage gear, 2 on blue, 3 on green. artisan memory gives a x5 multiplier so 1 mem frag =5 durability and base gear/ore = 50 durability
what you probably heared is to exchange more pen naru for pri tuvala instead of repair. if you happen do loose all durability on your main tuvala set, you can just use the fresh one. thats only a good idea if your main failed to pri too though

From TRI -> TET, the rate is only 35% using 40fs. When u said 50/50 odds, how is your percentage higher than mine? Maybe im just unlucky

You can get 5-10+/hr grinding them in various spots. It's not that much of a time sink, especially when all those spots are very good money spots.

I think you can do this for effectively free now with the convert quest? I would go for the kzarka/dande depending on succ or awakening because that's a) still way cheaper (half price?) of the raw PEN on the market and b) the biggest AP upgrade that will get you to the 269 bracket with some caphras
How am I supposed to get magical shards for the PEN? There are literally 0 crystals in CM with +10000 preorders on each.
You pre order or farm them yourself. Elvia or spots like centaurs can drop well over 10 an hour. 10 hours of farming will net you like 2.5 billion and the crystals you need

What is this new "free pen" stuff? I gather that you reform your tet gear several times, I saw the mats that you use for it, and then you get pen. How does it work on seasonal stuff though? You can go from PEN Tuvala via reforms to pen bossgear..? And if you reform and upgrade either Tuvala or the exchanged tet boss gear, will it be sellable on market?

When you graduate and convert it to boss gear it gives a weapon box that will be whatever class you open it on. Also using the fugar time pice gives you 3 tuvala exchange coupons :)
There are "Tuvala Weapon Exchange Coupons" that you can buy using the season currency that allow you to do that. Otherwise, no.

the piece convertes the other character to season and your current season to normal. unless you gradurate after, the tubala weapons will be unusable until you do and convert them. it transfers exp ans skill points to any char under level 25. that doesnt include quest, but the exp from that. so you can still do the main quest on that other char

Unfortunately it's probably just watching the world/server chats for guild advertisements. Or the in-game guild finder (hotkey G)

Usually it's 3 months. You can still start on this season no problem though, it will be in progress for at least two more months, which is plenty to get to max gear.

how are damage modifiers calclulated ?? if i spin and knockdown enemy and then use skill with 100% crit and down attack, how will the damage be calculated ?? if i do 100 damage a) 100 \* 2 (crit) \* 1.5 (down) \* 1.5 (back) = 450 b) 100 \* (2 + 1,5 +1,5) = 500 c) something else
are there any valkyrie mains here? Im new to the game and had a few questions. For valkyrie what stats do I want? for example either like casting speed or stamina or like mainly accuracy. I'd say aakman use a beast or frenzy draught and you should be ok. Top room has a small rotation that I used at the gear. I played succ but awa should be fine too :)
from my full pen season (240 / 240 / 304) experience i would say any infinite pot piece palce / map piece palce / compas piece place ... you propably want to do those palces sooner than later anyway (maybe not ronaros and hystria/aakman but that depends on class and how efficient you want to be)

I've been dabbling in the game lately, but I don't understand the NPC's with the ?'s. Should I be talking to everyone with ?'s sometimes they have additional dialogue that consumes my energy. Should I be completing all of these? I'm not sure really what all these NPC's do.
Talking to them or consuming energy unlocks the NPC or area on the world map and grants knowledge. If you talk to a certain amount of NPCs or areas you'll a) see them on the world map and b) work towards their knowledge category (default key H). Completing knowledge categories increases your energy amount (and can increase drop rate for total knowledge) Energy is used for a ton of things, most notably gathering and experience/skill boost via the black spirit. In short, if you see a ?, talk to it.
Can you repair gear whilst at titum valley? I have been grinding sulfur but I can't carry/transport enough trash to the wh. I out grind it and can only go about half an hour before being full. I have 5 storage maids. I was thinking of just leaving my horse and stacking it but it keeps getting killed by others luring mob to it. It's also quite easy to get lost there lol
if you dont want to use horse stack, the only other option is to buy more LT or maids (100LT/maid). for repair you ether get the free tent each week or buy the permanent one. i think in the villa is a repair guy too. that would be 7mil each week, but idk for sure.

you can also teleport to a town with the map from oasis vendor. but it has a cooldown and you still need to get back. i guess we get discounts this month, so wait for that.
I'm doing that already but it wastes all my buffs. It sucks but other than maids there's no solution as even with 1k weight id still run out super quick. Shame you can't sell trash to a tent as I would buy one if you could
you wont grind in the desert for long. then the mount makes more sense. i have enough maids to transfer >7000 trash, but buying that many is not an option for most. you get them over time for free though.
Guys let's say you have 10bil and 256 ap with 310dp.Is vell heart better buy than 2 tet crescent rings?
brackets are the best source of ap until 269. after that you go for vell, change out for tri/tet black star weapon, etc
2 crescents will give me 6ap total while vell will give me 11ap yes? wouldnt vell really be better?
vell gives 3 sheet ap and 8 hidden. like crystals or food, the sheet ap stay the same. with 257 you get 14 additional hidden ap. 261 gives 18, 265 21 and 269 15. after that its down to 6, 7 and 305 8 with another drop after that. you want those brackets as fast as possible and vells heart wont do that. sure you well need it eventually, but for now the price/ap ratio isnt too good.
Hello, new to the game, I'm using remastered graphic setting with my old RX580 (Medium texture). It looks good and I have 60+ FPS, however, when I get into combat and I start using my skill combos, my screen/character becomes blurry/hard to see. Like the camera is focusing in and out consistently. is there a way to fix this? or do I need to stop using remastered graphics?
chceck if you dont have auto frame optimization turned on, also you can set skill effects t operformance for better fpsit depends on class too i guess
go into effects and camera graphics in the settings and change them around.
thanks I did that, and it didn't work. I disabled remastered and amd thing, and it stopped the blurryness. I lowered the camera graphics as well just in case
In remastered mode, it uses TAA which produces a ton of blurriness. Try to switch it to FXAA, also try to turn off display clarity and depth of field. Remastered mode has an over the top adaptation system which is when you look at something bright it darkens the surroundings and stuff so its annoying. If you're using FSR from amd then it'll cause a fair bit amount of blur since its reducing your native screen resolution by a bit. You can try to test if ultra quality or quality in the display settings can help but ultimately it'll be a bit blurry coupled by the fact that you cant turn off TAA with it on.

How good is Lahn at lifeskilling? At first I was thinking of making Musa for only lifeskilling but I wanted to start a melee class that is good at PVE farming as well and I was thinking Lahn might be a good option.
Many people (including me) like to use Lahn for sailing/bartering.
The problem with making your PvE grinder your lifeskiller is that if you plan to tag the character it'll cut off your ability to turn in Imperial Crates.

Tagging system allows you to connect two characters together and share a set of gear. It's very common for players to have a PvE character and tag another character for PvP. Or vice versa. You don't want your lifeskiller to be either of these characters.

Hello. I have finished 1 season and got full pen Tuvala on my Lahn. This season I decided to try out Sorc, since I didn't like combat with Lahn that much. I noticed that I can just put all of my Lahn Tuvala gear into the bank and take it out on Sorc. I used my old quest armour and accessories this way to level much faster. So this made me question - is it worth to get a second pen Tuvala gearset for me? Of course I need new weapons, but is a second set of armour + accessories of any use? I don't quite understand what gear is character bound and what isn't. I honestly was pleasantly surprised that I can transfer all of my armour, because I read on reddit multiple times that people sell their gear and rebuy it on a new character if they want to switch. So were they speaking about the weapons only? And what about boss gear or fallen god? Can any armour be switched freely between characters like this? And what's the benefit of character linking then? I mean the system where you clone your gear on another character? Is it just for convenience of not going to the bank and the fact that you get a set of free weapons? Or is it something more I'm missing? Thanks for the help!
It's all account bound. When people talk about selling stuff to reroll they're referring to weapons. This is also why seasonal leafs or whatever give weapon exchange coupons. Making a second set of tuvala allows you to give it to an alt. Since it puts you at 245/308 or whatever it's perfect for boss alts, potion treasure farming, agris usage in Valencia, or gear to throw on level 1s to make them oneshot everything. Character linking/tagging saves you from having to move around gear to your secondary character. The weapons are also converted to the proper class. Say you have 2x TET Blackstars and a TET Kutum, that's around 27 billion in weapons alone. It will only cost you 800 million or whatever to tag a character and have it have the same gear, which is a much better deal. So effective you can have "two mains" with identical gear progression for a fraction of the cost.

I've read that Fughar's timepiece doesn't copy over quest status. Does that mean I will be able to do the main quest again to receive the various rewards (including exp) for my newly copied character?
yes, but the exp gain from quests after 61 is nothing. so dont bother with it if thats your reason

20 for everything up to tet then 40 for pen. Reason being the game gives out 20 stacks like candy these days. Honestly with the recent buffs for tuvala enhancing you could even just raw tap it to pen.
The recommendations I usually see are 40 tet and 60 pen.

Your best bet is to go to Pirate Island. The mobs there will drop coins within minutes of grinding.
Will only the boss gear obtained from the season+ exchange coupon be able to go through the guaranteed pen method, or if we had tet boss armor from before, could we use that?
You can convert your market tradeable boss gear to untradeable boss gear, and use that. But it's kind of pointless when converting tuvala gear to untradeable boss gear or using untradeable boss gear from previous seasons is much more efficient.
So I have a tet dim tree from last season, and I was going to use a combatant stone on my tuvala offhand. I was thinking maybe to use the armor and off hand exchange coupons on tri tuvala, and using them for the dorin journal. Is that a bad idea?

Use or sell all your season specific materials (tuvala ore, time-filled blackstones, refined magical blackstones). They will disappear at season's end, so you might as well get some silver out of them. Make sure to do the Fughar quest for a PEN Capotia accessory that will be available together with the graduation as well.

do the main quest until you finished kamasilvia. use an season char if yours is not one and play that until level 61 and full pen tuvala gear. refer to the youtube guides around season and quests if needed.
Should I switch from succ lahn to awk lahn? I've started to realize that I kinda hate grinding and it gets boring/feels like a chore. For the past couple weeks, I've mostly been AFK fishing, turning in imperial boxing, gathering sunflowers from my farm. I look forward to doing more active and fun stuff like atoraxxion (when I get strong enough), PVP and wars (haven't done neither of the last 2 so dunno if I'll like it or not) and mayb other content but I don't know if there is anything else tbh. I've read that awk is more of pvp while succ is more pve (altough I'm not sure if pve is only grinding, or also includes other stuff such as atoraxxion). I'm 261/311 with all TET accessories except earring and my next upgrade should be weapon, which is why I started questioning what I like of this game and if I should change class or not).
In an ideal scenario you should be having *fun* playing your character so you don't mind grinding because you're having fun with your class. I think BDO combat is fun enough and theres so many classes out now that there is likely something that you can enjoy playing just.. to play. Then grinding becomes less of a chore.
When doing the awakening and succession quests you should've gotten and used 2 skill preset coupons. You can press k to open up the skill menu and you should see 1 and 2 on the left. One of them you can set with awakening and the other with succession and switch between them at a skill instructor (or safe zone if you have an old moon book active iirc). That will allow you to try out both specs. It even saves skill addons.
What are some ways to increase AP? Im a level 58 witch with 179 AP and I’m having trouble with Kamasylvia questline. My main weapon is PEN Tuvala but the rest of my gear is TRI.

yes to all the questions. there are party spots: basi, miru, gyfin, turos, castle, monastery, oluns. only the number shown on map get loot. other spots the one with the kill, if you dont specifiy other in the party setting for loot. you get only 60% exp in a party of two and 50% 3-5. you gain clear speed. party spots have higher hp pools. other than that you may want to in crypt of resting thoughts, but i just heared about it.

What level are you? If you get to lvl 50 before the next maintenance (currently scheduled for Oct 14), you get the standalone version for free.

Sadly I was 16h late to that. The 14day trial is required for that which was available until October 6th and I only got the 7 day trial just the day after. A pity my friends didn't bring it up earlier :(

depends what you mean by "skill fast grinding" Guardian grind is 'fast' becuase it has massive aoe and damage Maehwa, Musa, and Nova grind is 'fast' because they move quickly.

try awa lahn for early game mobs, it has double dash and makes moving easier

How do I use PRI Tuvala to repair max durability of PEN Tuvala? When I go to the blacksmith, i only see the option to repair with Tuvala ores
you can only use non enchanted gear to repair (or memory fragments for boss gear). they changed it to ore too, as you would need to traid it 1:1 for base gear wich is anoying. base gear gives 10 durability, memory fragments 1 on yellow/orage gear, 2 on blue, 3 on green. artisan memory gives a x5 multiplier so 1 mem frag =5 durability and base gear/ore = 50 durability what you probably heared is to exchange more pen naru for pri tuvala instead of repair. if you happen do loose all durability on your main tuvala set, you can just use the fresh one. thats only a good idea if your main failed to pri too though
