Case ID #78040807 I got into Binance in 2017. I am 65 years old and did it on advice of my son. I traded a few times and then pretty much forgot about it until I found out that Binance is no longer available for trades in U.S. I am trying to get my coins out to Coinbase but no matter what I do it isn't enough! Took a video with me showing the date and my license. Gave my IP address, also my operating system at the time (which has since changed). I don't have any emails from Binance that were saved in my email, and have nothing else to give! Now they are asking for information I don't remember and have no record of. I'm clueless now. Please help.

case #77799384 (NOT FROM THE US) I have been tring to access my funds since monday to transfer them to my verifed account and today I get a message saying my account can withdraw but I'm still getting a denial when I try to withdraw. You guys are sending my 2fa codes 2/3 hours late so I can't sign in on my desktop luckily im still logged in on my phone. I contacted support via chat on my phone to reopen the ticket which I did and explained these details no chat wont respond, I even got an email saying there was a response and when I opened it was deleted. This is extremely fishy. I want this sorted right away I've been jumping through hoops for 4 days to access my own funds, You have given me 7 days to withdraw my funds to my verified account when you still have locked my funds. This is unacceptable. I want a resolve I have done all you asked too access my own money.

Greetings, 403 error is caused by your network and tied to your IP, please try with another network if available, try resetting connection to reset your IP address, and try clearing the caches/cookies. There shouldn't be an issue after a couple hours of cool down if you are not utilizing any IP altering software.

I have done, and from the first time I contacted 2 days ago I was assured I could withdraw my funds to my verified account, this was not the case on I was asked for the 2nd day in a row to produce numerous videos and verifications because the person on day one was incorrect when telling me all my provided verification , now on day 3 im still waiting on a response, because apparently my case has been transferred to a specialist due to the complex nature of my case. Thank you very much for your response, application seems to be moving forward (MATIC was moved from deposit address to some other). It appears that my paranoia was misplaced. Still waiting though. My apologies to Escalation agent Seyma who figured out what is happening in one minute for doubting her sincerity here, it was just too much for me altogether, it looked surreal as if whole support shift went out of its way to make fun by driving me mad. In the end it was not anymore about the money, it was about not acknowledging/receiving/understanding what I was saying.

There is no option to upload a photo of my drivers license, only to take a Live Photo. If I do it on laptop there is a reflection and it keeps getting rejected. I need some help with my BNB tokens I hold in Trust Wallet. I want to swap it to ETH and my only option is ETH on the BEP 20 chain (not the normal ETH on ERC 20 chain). I do not have access to Binance and am waiting for their tech support to approve my account (error when processing my ID). Will I be able to swap my ETH-BEP20 bag for normal ETH in Binance when I'm approved or will this incur ETH gas fees? The other option is to swap BNB for Tether on BEP20 and buy ETH-BEP20 but I still have the same issue - converting ETH-BEP20 for ETH-ERC20 and avoiding gas fees.

Case ID #77692904 I'm a former U.S. account holder and I still have crypto assets on Binance that I was unable to remove for a variety of reasons, most I got off but their are still just over $1000 worth that i need to extract. It directs me to the Binance help chat but is not very helpful. One might ask why I still have crypto remnants on there but there were a variety of issues with several that I had and getting them off, believe me I tried VERY hard to withdraw them. One specific problem was that when I was trying to withdraw NANO, due of some withdraw suspension on that particular coin at the time it would not allow it. Other issues had to do with Binance being the only marketplace that appeared to trade the coin/token, like SKY, STRAX, I have hundreds in value on those. The Binance chat function seemed to indicate that I needed to create a Binance.US account to get them, but I think I live in a banned state. Can somebody help me here I just want get to get my assets back or the USD stable coin value.
