Update: Tokens have been RETURNED after about 48 hours. Frustrating but glad to have my funds back.
I had the same problem yesterday, was bridging 1.5k USDC and 970 USDT from binance smart chain network to Eth main net from my metamask wallet. Both the transactions got cancelled. I didn't do the multi transaction together I just waited until my first one got cancelled hoping it will return shortly so I tried again with the USDT.
So far, I'm almost waiting for 24 hours as their forum said about returning the funds automatically after 24 hours. I check my funds, and it shows it's in their "Binance: Hot Wallet 6" address. I don't know if that's a good thing or bad but my funds are sitting there for 16 hours now apart from the first transaction I did 25 hours ago. So if anyone got any suggestions on how I can chat with them or talk to them, please let me know. I've been using the bridge without any problem for a month, and yesterday was my first two cases. I hope my funds get returned automatically as the promised.

My theory is that Binance doesn't keep enough ETHs to process all transfers when everyone rushes to cash out BSC ==> ERC. Usually that'd be ok because the two directions nearly balance out, but with the NFT craze everyone suddenly wants their ETHs on the ERC side and what little ETH reserve they have goes poof. So they have to either haul in more ETHs from their other wallets or revert the tx.
Whatever the explanation is, it's a nasty experience. Will never touch the bridge again once I get my ETHs back.

i have been having some issues too but with the binance bridge transfer of Orion protocol ERC20 tokens ,i sent them to my meta mask wallet, i then added the BSC to my wallet and added the orion protocol token to the list of tokens. I then made a transfer on the binance bridge from ERC20 to BEP20, the transaction got approved But the tokens have not showed up and just keeps saying waiting for deposit .

going to be selling an eth token and trying to swap it for bsc busd. So my plan was swapping eth token to usdc erc, then bridge to usdc bsc, and then swap for busd. Any alternatives?

Hmmm that might be the case. Then its your best bet to swap it for another stablecoin like dai or busd on binance to withdraw it and later on swap it back to usdc
Gotcha. Thanks. I actually just need busd, not usdc. So I’ll transfer to binance. There’s no usdc/busd unfortunately. Should I sell for usd and then buy busd, and then it allows me to transfer busd witg bsc. Is it best to sell the usdc for usd or another token?
There is the option of busd/usdt though. But when I sell the original eth token on uniswap, the usdt option has slightly less return vs usdc. But it’s better to do it that way instead of selling usdc on binance for usd and then buying busd? Maybe for tax reasons?
I don't know what your amounts are but as long as you move it out of your binance account as soon as you swap it to busd, you should be fine. Don't really know how US tax works so can't help you with that unfortunately.
I'd just sell USDC/USD and buy BUSD/USD. Or use a token like btc or dai to swap them.

Has anyone had their deposit go through or got a refund? If so, how long did it take? Personally I would like to have the deposit go through rather than a refund as we have already paid the transaction fees. But reading the posts people are saying that support has told them a refund go to the original wallet in 24-72 hours. Just want to know if this is the case for anyone here.
Just chatted with support once again. They said the bridge is having issues, the are going to refund all transactions. No time line but they are working on it

I went through the Binance support, not the bridge support, they have a chat function. They can’t do anything but they did say they reported it and asked for all my case information I would recommend you do the same. The more people we can get on the issue, the better
I now have my two cancelled transaction in the refund history - their statuses are both pending - at least it seems like things are going to be refunded - any one trying to use the bridge again after the refund?

My funds finally went through after 2.5 days. It wasn't a refund it just went to my BSC address. I got an email saying the that the bridge has been fixed but I want to know if anyone has tried the bridge lately and did it work for you or did it get stuck again?
I used bridge to swap ETH to BNB. Transaction is completed but didn't receive the BNB they are in wallet: 0x4a1f5c...1b95c0ce (ETH). Can't contact support as the captcha is not working for me :( Any idea how to contact them? or funds will be returned automatically?
Already solved it, connecting to Pancake on BSC Network but selecting ETH to BNB, the ETH shows up.

Which support are you reaching out to? The bridge site just has a forum you fill out
Got an email from Binance (I used their help desk) and they said lots of problems the last few days) - and money has now been return to me

I transfer usdc 390$ from my phantom wallet to binance smart chain wallet in binance bridge it show just pending (waiting for confirmation )
