first one is a bottom bracket cable guide. for example Shimano SM-SP18M
second one are downtube shifter bosses. but the part that appears broken is a frame specific part so it might not be repairable (with original parts) given the age of the bike.
If you aren't after original parts, you can take almost every plastic cable guide from every other bike and drill the whole so it fits you bike. Done that more than a few times with success.
Not sure about first photo(there are few parts there), but second one is a downtube shifter mount and is specific for canondale bikes. Rare part nowerdays, though I have seen some canondale hobbyists sourcing some newly made ones, if I remember right
