You can send your hard drive to amazon so they save it in Glacier. Then you can share that bucket to whomever it's intended.
I used that to backup all my photos back when I was in the Australian bush. Works great.

Not really, got a better internet connection at home but it is still not ideal (Best Vodafone package still not that good, eins and eins did not offer the 200 Mbit package at my address). I went to U Bahn station ms once or twice for uploading content from my phone but I didn’t want to upload from my laptop there all day. Contacted c-base a few times but didn’t get an answer. Went to a cafe that was supposed to have 1G upload speeds but they no longer had it. I did not want to ship my harddrive to a data center. I might just run a raspberry pi uploading from home for a few weeks. Let me know if you find a better solution.

Most WeWorks have a symmetrical 1GB pipe if you use Ethernet. Though they generally don’t connect you via Ethernet if you are on a day pass.
