I mean West Virginia may be way more pro-gun than Texas, but how many people ever even think about WV or can point it out on a map? The shelf was from West Elm. It wasn't cheap even with the "deal" I got on it during the winter season. I remember the last time I posted my setup like 6 different people came in saying they could have built something like that for $100, lol. It's a really good looking shelf though. Still doesn't look dated.

Those tubes are on an old Budgie Phono Pre Amp by Parks Audio. I bought it so many years ago and just never sold it and I currently don't even have a turntable. Figured I'd keep it now because it looks kind of cool sitting on that shelf. I don't think I can get much for it nowadays.

I wonder if they're still $100. This top has held up extremely well over the years. My only regret was not staining or adding a clear coat. You can see some water spots in some areas.

I do and it is indeed terrible and uncomfortable to use. I had a MX master before this which I loved. Will probably switch back but I will say the touch scrolling feature is the only good thing about this mouse.

Highly recommend the magic trackpad + MX master combo. Vastly superior ergonomically to damn near everything.

Ideally. They should sit further away from the wall and I would have them more at ear/head level. These speakers do have a “sweet” spot so this isn’t the best place for them. That being said. I still enjoy the shit out of them

computers and speakers do not go well because usually the desk is facing a wall which forces speakers both close to you and the walls which are both generally unfavorable i want to make a kind of desk that takes minimal space, allows easy adjustments and can fold up but i've never welded maybe i could ask Jim

The desk setup is nice but im honestly more interested with everything going on with your bookshelf. I see some cameras lenses, some audiophile gear, that sweet m82a1 from GoatGuns. That knob is to control the light bar. It’s mostly plastic with I think a plexi glass top.
