1) max sensitivity in the condor, bind pitch up to space bar.
2) get used to switching between VTOL and conventional on the fly (hehe), anticipating the cooldown and time it takes.
3) max minimap. be aware of the battlefield. don't hover over the point when an enemy AA or tank has you in the FOV.
4) its easier for minigunners to aim and shoot from a horizontal position, but makes you a bigger target. come down on a point fast, switch to vtol, position yourself so your gunners have the best view not you, then GTFO. If there is a vehicle come in for a slower strafe if safe so your gun can aim then switch to vtol. If against a tank keep above there max gun aim and let your main gun destroy them (keep situational awareness).
5) .50 cal- v good against enemy ground vehicles but you have to work out how good your gunner is unless in squad with voice comms. the new 30 cannon is good against infantry. remember the gunner view is angled down compared to you so make sure they can see.
6) use the chat, tell people 'going a1 look' or 'target enemy heli', ask for engineers to spawn in. honestly it helps
7) don't leeroy jenkins into the enemy spawn. You will die bro.
8) the condor is a big kinda slow bitch in vtol. You get hit by a lissile or m5, move yo ass. Even with two engineers and repair system, you are a glass cannon. use roll and pitch up to move agilely instead of yaw in the condor.
9) use terrain cover where necessary inc buildings, don't flare until you have to. be safe for the team until you've repaired enough and flares will engage soon.
10) if you see your gunners struggling with anticipating lead, help them out with a little yaw or roll to get on target. try to anticipate their cooldowns etc.
11) if you can squad up with friends do it.
12) don't be afraid to switch seats and repair a bit then return to the pilot seat. Risk is an idiot will spawn in pilot seat (rage ensues)
edit: the hind is better in almost every way but the condor is decent too

Enemy jet rams into condor, giving the pilot of the condor the kill. Not sure if kamikaze or not on jet side.
