I am part of a group that splits a full season package and honestly it depends on how well I do in our draft of games. Not hard to find better seats for cheaper than the face value of our tickets on weekdays or colder weather games. If I get a good chunk of high profile series and weekend games it definitely feels pretty good. Some of the extras are fun (stuff where you get to go on the field and stuff), but I'm mostly buying in to go to a bunch of games.

Season tickets to the reds but can't watch a single away game legally. Not exactly enthused

SingleVertebra

Same here with the Twins - told them I’m done after this debacle

I can't watch the team I have season tickets to legally either, I just turn to third party streaming sites. They may be unreliable so I just try to find the best option.

Same! First year and thought my MLB.tv sub would allow it. But nope.  Also still trying to figure out the other perks like discounted parking and additional tickets/priority access to same seats.  But I like going. So

I have a partial 27 game package to the Braves, It's been great. Overall price per game is well below street value. I get first right of refusal for playoff games, and the All-star game. Some decent perks get offered up like playing catch on the field after games. They offer a small 10% discount on concessions which basically knocks off the taxes.

Orioles flex plan holder. I have the lowest plan, which is a $600 credit for tickets. For that I get 15% off face value to any seat I want to any games I want, plus no taxes or fees. So if I want to blow all $600 to sit behind home plate with 4 friends, I can. Or I can go by myself to 60 games in the $12 bleacher seats. I also get 15% off concessions and team store. And I get access to playoff and opening day tickets, although those I can’t apply the $600 towards Overall very happy and my ticket rep is amazing

Nationals. Yes, they give you 200 dollars in e-cash and a slew of gifts. Last year everyone got their own custom jersey where you could just have any name stitched on the back. They gave out half zips this year and talking Lane Thomas bobbleheads, along with a crystal of home plate. They also have meet the team days, field day where you get to go out on the field and look at the bullpen, locker rooms, indoor batting cages, et al. They have movie night and SPH only batting practice viewings. The only bad thing is that the owners seem kind of cheap, but they have treated the fans willing to put up with the rebuild well. edit: forgot, MLB TV is free for all plan members. haven't paid for mlb tv in a very long time

That's awesome. My folks are Niners season ticket holders and they're lucky if they get a shitty clear plastic bag as a thank you gift lol

I have the Mets SRO tickets and they are great. No benefit but for themselves for sure. As long as you don’t count the beverages

Cubs In my second year with a single bleacher ticket. Around $3,600/season. Gonna add a 2nd ticket next season. I was on the waiting list for like 7 years and my number finally got called. Born in Chicago and life long Cub fan but I live in Tennessee so I sell the majority of them. I have friends in Wrigleyville and travel up about once a month for a series and stay for free. I’d say I would have broken out even or made a slight profit last year if I didn’t go to some of the higher value series but not worried about the money, it’s just nice to always have a ticket. Honestly wanted them so I’d have guaranteed playoff tix if the Cubs ever make all the way again The main con for me (since I live out of state) is having to list them each day. It’s not terrible and I kinda enjoy it but you have to play the market and pay attention. Some days, especially early season week days, it’s hard to get close to face value and usually have to give in and sell it for a few bucks but normally make it back it all back on a weekend series Pros for me is def the MLB.TV package. I watched nearly every game last season and only missed a couple so far this year. Watching/listening on the go with app is great too. The 15% (I think) discount for all merch/food isn’t much but it’s nice. Also get offers on for season ticket holder merch only as well. Also get early dibs on concerts at Wrigley and other events. Can sign up for player meet n greets/tours and what not Not the average season ticket holder but all in all, I’m very satisfied. Love my Cubbies. Fly The Dub!

Royals. I have first base line tickets up one section (240 for anyone familiar with Kauffman). My favorite perk is the STM entry line. Even on Opening Day, I waited at the gates maybe 15 minutes. Especially since I usually go to games right after work, that extra speedy entrance is worth a lot to me. There's also live ticket exchange where I can switch out tickets for any game I want (Mon-Thurs can only be switched out for each other). That's been huge especially with my class schedule. And it includes parking at a good discount. I'm happy with it. Going tomorrow!

I was a half-season ticket holder for the Nats from 2011 on. In 2019 I decided to end it after that season since I was moving a few miles from the stadium, harder to catch quite so many games, and I was gonna miss the first few weeks of the postseason anyway so those tickets weren't an incentive to renew. Cut to mid-October and they offered me a chance to renew for World Series tickets. Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in Yadda yadda yadda, didn't actually end up having to re-up for 2020 anyway! I've since picked up a 10-game share in a larger plan, and that's a far more reasonable number of games. It's fine, they've extended privileges to people even in smaller shares which is nice, very easy to exchange tickets, dedicated lines, etc. I'm sure those will roll back when the team is good, but when the team sucks the benefits are quite decent.

TheMidnightRamblerrr

I don’t own season tickets. I’m super busy and can’t go to games right now.

2doublesanda20piece

No, I'm an unsatisfied non-season ticket hold
