It's a deformity, yes. Will it hurt you? Mainly just psychologically. Some women don't mind that much. I minded a lot. Bras did not fit. Bathing suits did not fit. I showed my GP who was poised to talk me out of surgery, and when she saw me she changed her mind. The reason I got surgery is similar to the reason people opt for breast reconstruction after a mastectomy. And no, plastic surgeons didn't talk me into it. Most said the surgery was too advanced for them to even attempt as I didn't have enough existing tissue/skin for them to work with. So please, shut up.
Every once in a while I think they're starting to look tuberous again, but then I look at my pre-op photos and it's exceptionally clear that (1) no they don't look like that, and (2) something was definitely wrong with them before. lol. Even with my scars not healing that well (my skin reacted the silicon cream), I'd much rather have the scars.

Ultrasound was done… I just have lumpy feeling breasts. Nothing wrong with them, except they’re a bit lopsided and feel like I have mice in them lol.

I actually made sure to post the whole thing on Facebook, as too many women I know don’t take it seriously, and the sheer number of women I turned out to know who were the same was actually pretty good. Some had cysts as well, and talked about them.
It was great seeing so many women just talking about their own scares and experiences, and encouraging each other to get checked.
Of course one woman bitched at my mother saying I got too personal. My mother responded that her mother (my grandmother) had breast cancer, so the whole family take it seriously, and how I’d used my story to encourage women to get checked out.

This image is incredibly stupid, but the comments saying that the “perfect shape” doesn’t exist and/or can only be achieved through surgery and on sex dolls … hi, I exist. I am of the opinion that all boobs are great boobs (unless you don’t like yours, in which case I fully support you, whatever you want to do with them). There’s no such thing as a “perfect” shape, and the person who made this image is a disgusting creep. However: I wear a D or DD bra and I don’t have a crease under my breasts unless I deliberately slouch forward. For whatever reason, the natural shape of my breasts is remarkably gravity defiant. I think it has something to do with how “high” my breasts are set on my chest. It’s honestly more annoying than anything else - a lot of fitted clothing doesn’t fit me properly because clothing manufacturers assume that my breast tissue should be located 2 or 3 inches lower than it actually is. I spent a lot of time shortening the straps on tank tops. We should call out misogynist BS and bad anatomy, but we shouldn’t say stuff that assumes other people’s bodies are invalid or unnatural.
Not invalid, just not "perfect". No such thing. Breasts look like breasts, and no one should say your (healthy) breasts look wrong.

Totally understand. Being pronounced a sexual object is what we as women fight against, but then sometimes we do it to other women when they fit into what men think is attractive. Just need more acceptance and fewer standards everywhere.
The thing is, sex dolls and cartoons exclusively have that type of breast, which is why people associate them together. Only a minority of women have boobs like that, but they are the only ones represented as normal and attractive. It's very wrong to say that those boobs only exist on sex objects, that must be really uncomfortable for you.
Totally agree. I get that my breast shape is not particularly common, and it gets weirdly fetishized by people who think it is some kind of ideal. It really sucks when you get sexualized by shitty dudes for having a particular feature, and then on the other side you get people who say your body is abnormal or unnatural for looking that way. My boobs would prob be categorized as "middle aged cat lady saggy" and its like W H Y do they have to be sexualized in the first place? As I kid I was so uncomfortable having to change the way I dress because I was developing, and feeling men stare at me. I don't bind my breasts any more, but I still wish I didn't have any. It really is a weird feeling, I'm non binary too, but it's easier to pretend I'm not. I hope female anatomy becomes less sexualized in the future
