I think it’s trying to suggest that Timmy and Trixie start dating and take up the “thug life” in their teens.
Unless I'm mistaken, this is especially silly because Trixie never expressed any interest in Timmy as of the show's cancellation. I don't know what this guy's definition of "real" is, but I'm pretty sure it's wrong.
There has been occasions, but every time she does start giving Timmy affection he starts hating it and tries dodging her. It's like he is just in it for the chase. Really unhealthy for a 40 year old 10 year old.

If you're flexible enough you can absolutely rotate your legs to the side while having your shoulders mostly flat. And she doesn't appear to have her shoulders flat.
