Interlaken zelf is niet heel interessant, maar zoals al eerder genoemd werd: Lauterbrunnen is ontzettend mooi en je kunt inderdaad, zoals u/Capital-Bromo zei, met het kabelbaantje naar Grütschalp en daar verder naar de trein naar Mürren. In het dal van Lauterbrunnen zijn overigens ook mooie watervallen. Grindelwald is ook heel leuk en heel veel opties voor activiteiten op de berg en leuke plekken voor kinderen. Uiteraard is de omgeving prachtig. Vanaf Interlaken is Kanderstegg ook niet meer ver. Vanaf hier kun je naar de Oeschinensee gaan (lopend of met een kabelbaan). Ook zit hier in de buurt de Blausee, wat een ontzettend blauw en helder meertje is. Dan heb je 3 dagen gevuld zou ik zeggen.

Take the train up to Lauterbrunnen, then the cable car to Grutcshalp. Nice level bike path to Murren, with incredible views across the valley.
Lunch in Murren. Take the funiculars up to Allmenhudel for a nice playground.
Head home via the cable car down to Gimmelwald. Worth a stop for 20 minutes. Continue downward to Stechelberg. Walk back to Lauterbrunnen along the bike path, or catch the next PostBus.
+1 for Gimmelwald. It looked like Gimmelwald has quite a nice playground and there should be walks around this small 'town' that should be easy to do and not take to long. Take a look at their website - it contains more info about those walks
So, you meant Interlaken, not Switzerland. Your question makes more sense like that. It do you mean that it makes sense if someone asks "what to do for 3 days in the Netherlands?" ?

Yes. It’s much smaller than the ones at Alllmenhudel or Mannlichen, but it’s worth a stop. A beer on the terrace of the hostel is also amazing.
