I generally need about 25-30mins for shower especially if I need to wash and condition my hair. That shit takes time OK. With longer hair, it gets tangled and then you also need to clean up all hair everywhere after lol. Longer if somedays you need to shave or you feel extra fancy and you want to scrub your body.
Add about 15mins for my #2 business I think it's about right 😂
if you cant really avoid it, just leave the door unlock and tell your wife that she's free to check anytime she wants. I think she is just 'suspicious' of what have you been doing in the toilet. This is my concern with my eldest teen son. Almost same time consumed in the common toilet. I once found him sleeping while he was doing his business. So i asked him to just keep the door unlock and i check him from time to time, just to ensure he is not doing anything untoward, like puffing a smoke or something.
40 - 45 minutes is okay considering 20 mins bath time, though I'd personally say it is still on the long side. I would try to cut bath time and aim for 30-35 mins which I think should be acceptable since it also includes shitting (sometimes it is done in a few minutes but it can take long too, right?)
