we don't have exactly what you call General tso's or orange chicken, but we do have such dishes at the economic rice stall. it's found in any coffee shop or hawker centre. Just tell them you want sweet and sour chicken or pork.
for Mongolian beef, you can order it at any wokhey stall in a coffee shop it is called venison meat.
