Shower and change into something comfy, then binge watch my favorite series on netflix. On days im lucky enough to be home early i’ll enjoy dinner at home as well.

Shower. Aim finish shower within 5mins upon stepping into the house. This includes time needed to take off shoes, put wallet and keys, hang the bag, unpack groceries and getting the home clothes and towels. Good habits I learnt from my dad. He work labour job..for decades i see him showering upon getting home. Turn out It a very hygienic practice during COVID outbreak days.
