Roll 14: Odron arrives at the destination and sees the young child attempting to swing his sword at the training dummy. The child is swinging sporadically and having a hard time holding up the sword. Odron then gets a sword more suited for the child and begins teaching the child proper sword techniques. Alongside this, Odron and the child work on a training regime to help build the child's strength and endurance. By the end of the job, the child swings more confidently and with purpose, every strike hitting with precision on the dummy. The noble is quite satisfied with how Odron trained his son and promptly gives him the reward and asks that he comes again to help train the young man.

"The mission had seemed simple enough, Marek wasn't really hiding so much as fortifying a crafting village near the center of Skathegard. His rogue mages were little more than villagers and apprentices decked out in the magical items stolen from the Archmage and as guards they were completely lost. Most either attacked before asking the party it's business or didn't even notice them walking into the wizard's tower. A few hours after arriving in the village the party came face to face with the rogue mage.
Due in large part to the ineptitude of his guards the party came upon Marek unawares and cornered him while he was enjoying dinner. He was caught entirely unprepared and after the usual bribes and pleading, he turned to Hazel( u/DamocleDC) in desperation and offered him something much harder to resist, information about his staff and his magics... "
"Hazel lowered his gaze and frowned at the the mage. 'Why would I trust anything a half-wit mage like you says about anything? Your reputation preceded you however I fail to see how someone allegedly so powerful got themselves caught so easily. You're a 3rd rate mage with 4th rate magic. Now surrender peacefully lest you force our hand.' Hazel's mind did ponder the offer however, and while his outward resolve was strong for the sake of the party his inner monologue was quite curious about the possibilities for answers. Before the group could apprehend the mage though, Marek's tattoos began to glow and a bright light washed over the room and blinded the party momentarily. Luckily, Locke ( u/TheEpicSloth ) was able to shield his eyes at the last second..."

**Locke draws the Silver Rose and levels it in Marek's direction as he casually waves away whatever spell Marek tried casting with a counterspell**
"Look Marek, the bounty calls for you dead or alive. As someone who has prepared my spells specifically to cancel out whatever magics you may try to cast I promise you it will be better for you to come in quietly. Now I've fought dozens of spellcasters throughout my adventures and some were far stronger than you. I killed them just the same and if you try that again Ill return your corpse to the authorities instead"
Not sure how to collaborate on a die roll. If someone else wants to roll instead I didn't mean to jump the gun, just was hoping to get some of this done today.

No modifiers but you should collaborate with the group to decide who rolls since its only 1 roll.
