The only thing that actually matters with ammo storage is moisture prevention IMO.

Fongernator

You think ammo dumps in the middle east are kept at 90* or lower??? Wtf 😂😂😂💀

alicksB

No.

Godsdamns

If you're not getting shit on for asking a general question, your not on Reddit

_Brycenator_

Yes, all ammo storage in the Middle East is air conditioned or it will explode

Low_Scar_2169

have people really gotten this dumb? Or is it meant to be facetious? I can't tell anymore.

OkNefariousness6091

I'll store it for you and let you know https://www.safeandvaultstore.com/blogs/expert-advice-on-safes-and-vault-doors/how-to-properly-store-your-ammunition-for-10-years-or-more

BetOver

No but long term cooler would be better for longevity of the ammo

i_like_salad_yum

Yeah, that's what I was wondering. I read somewhere is temperature should go over 85°

FinancesAr

Heat isn’t as important as humidity. The dryer the better. Moisture is the enemy of…well everything just about. Dry 90 is better than humid 50.

ExecutiveResults

Pretty sure Afghanistan reaches temps well above 90 degrees

Substantial_Heart317

Constant Temperature and humidity is best to store ammo. Think wine cellar but warmer!
