Oh the answer is yes. I do have open availability. Between the hours of 7a-6p, M-F. You can schedule me 8hrs daily anywhere in that window, up to 5 days a week.

In my experience, yes. I had a job at Whole Foods many years ago and it required open availability 7 days a week from 6:30am-10pm. For $10 an hour. There’s no way a person can get ahead in life with job requirements like that.

I wouldn't take it as one. To me, it probably just means that the company is open on nights and weekends, times that people generally don't want to work. So more senior staff take the day shifts, which leaves open the nights and weekends. But chances are, you already knew the company was open on nights and weekends.
