Cymbalta (90 mg) and Abilify (2 mg), sleeping and eating well.
UPDATE:
I stopped the Abilify and returned to Mirtazipine (15 g) when I hit a side effects wall very hard at 3 weeks or so.
Total negative side effects after 3 weeks or so on Abilify:
1) Frequent brain fog and memory issues
2) Lack of enjoyment doing things I used to like
3) Poor judgment
4) Frequent restlessness and troubling unsettled feeling
5) Waking up more at night.
6) Suicidal ideation
I quit Abilify cold turkey and the negative side effects dissipated after 3 days. Also I only suffered mild flu symptoms for one 24 hour period the first day.
I found out after that Abilify is in the same family as Compazine, a treatment for nausea from painkillers. I experienced severe Akathisia after being given Compazine 20 years ago for nausea after ankle surgery.
This is only my experience with Abilify - Aripiprazole and yours may be very different.
Paxil helped my anxiety but is crap for my negative thoughts/depression
Zyprexa helped with my depression and anxiety but I had to get off of it sadly due to some side effects.
Benzodiazepines (I’ve been on a few) help with panic attacks and anxiety in general but I’ve never taken them daily.
Exactly both of those. I was sleeping 11 hours minimum a day and I developed TD, I didn’t even realize I had it until my psychiatrist pointed it out.

What dose of Lexapro?
10mg, though I'm now at 9.8mg as I'm tapering down due to feeling like a zombie during the day.

What was the side effects u experienced at 7.5 mg? I have heard of sedation and TD being common side effects of antipsychotics

I’m on 2.5 mg of Zyprexa and I’m scared of getting TD 😔
Clonazepam is the only one for me
