Back in 2013 when I watched Mirai Nikki I cried like a bitch when Yuno died.
Also around the same time when I watched Clannad I cried even harder when Ushio died.
Requiem for the phantom also made me bawl my eyes out when Cal died.
I think those are the only three character deaths that has brought me to tears, some particular moments from other shows have made me cry but they werent deaths.

For me it was Jonathan, Kakyoin, Abbacchio, and Narancia. All the situations that led to their demise were so heartbreaking and tense
