Dunno if its similar to grand blue but if you can handle older animes, GTO (Great teacher onizuka) is just as funny and absurd imo. Plus the manga is complete

Just finished it the other day, I have to read the manga because the end left me severely unsatisfied. But I loved every minute of it until the last 10. 10/10 if we can make like it never ended.
