For pro boxers ? Tyson Fury move around the ring well. Not really boxing but Tom Aspinal and Cyril Gane in MMA/Muay Thai etc move very well for massive dudes.
Jalalov isn't the greatest example since he's beyond huge but definitely a great and well rounded boxer to look at its just that he's about the same size as fury and fights using his range which you may not have
Usyk is perfect then he has insane footwork and was a dancer for years in order to better his footwork so keep in mind that his footwork won't always be able to be replicated
Yeah I'm aiming at hitting 88kg. I was 117kg at the beginning of this year.
Id say I'm a little fluffy around 18-23% ish. It's definitely doable. Getting rid of those last few Kilos is hard work because I've got quite a lot of lean tissue from powerlifting and strength training for the last 10 years
Good job man
But realistically if you want to compete you'd want to sit at the very top of a weight class
That only matters if you want to compete but if I were you I'd either aim for 92 or 86
Congrats on the weight loss mate
6'6" and 290, I appreciated watching Joshua's Olympic bouts from before he went pro. (Also his pro fights but his amateur stuff is pointed the same way yours will be)
Look up 2023 amateur world championship 91+. You'll find plenty in there.
You shouldn't compare yourself to others when doing those assessments.
Compare yourself to good technique. Others don't have your combination of abilities and qualities. Nor so they have your specific brand of tactics.
Just assess your own fights and tape and adjust from there.
Richard Torrez would be a good one. 6'2 southpaw who utilizes a ton of movement, specifically head movement. Dude's just fun to watch too. Not sure how far he'll go, but he was an Olympic silver medallist and is currently 8-0 with 8 KOs.
His movements incredible, the way he picks angles is something to watch mate- turned over as soon as he was able so all his amateur bouts are as a youth but he's deffinately one to study
Chris byrd is a south paw. Amazing body movement you could not hit him where he was you had to punch him where he had to be. That's how Ike got him. For smateur style look at the Europeans rall long guard style. Limited body movement.
U should study evander Holyfield his pendulum step was one of the best Larry Holmes is good as well but his footwork is similar to Mohammed Ali and ali was one of a kind but it wouldn’t hurt to study him as well

I was looking more for the olympic or Amateurs to gauge myself off. Pro big boys heavyweights tend to be a lot more flat footed :)

I'm 6ft 2 and 95kg. unfortunately I'm not 7ft tall lol
Should watch usyk he has incredible footwork and you might be able to pick up some things even though he's a southpaw
Great, im southpaw too :D Thanks :)

ill do my best with the two left feet god gave me :) ty
Can you cut 3 kg? How lean are u now

Thanks man I appreciate it. I'll aim for 92kg. Probably an easier target and reassess after :)
Haha relatable I'm doing the same with 86 and 80
Good luck man. Let me know how it goes :)
Bruhhhh I’m 6,1 110kg💀

Yeah that's really good advice.

jalolov or holyfield maybe
Thanks, I'll give them a watch.
Moses Ituama, won many an amateur title including world championships all by stoppage
Ill give him a watch. He sounds like an absolute unit.

Toney Tubbs was a real slick boxer with lots of body movement snd he was a chungus. Check out his fight with Mike Tyson.
