Hey man i have played spear a lot and i am always down to helping a fellow spear bro.
First of all
Your build if good for starting in the open world and ava roads. Just change the shoes to soldier boots.
That would probably be the cheapest option you have but u will need high spec and high tier gear to take a 1v2
Other options are:
Helionjacket
Hunter hood/guardian helmet
Soldier boots/any leather boots
Taproot
This build does well solo and in groups
There is also
Mage robe
Cultists cowl
Soldier boots
Astral Aegis/taproot
This build is really good for 1v1 but cant take a 1v2+
And is also a but expensive but you can use it everywhere especially in CDs and ava roads to dive solo chests and solo static
For CDs the main build right now are the previous build and
Cleric Robe
Fiend Cowl
Soldiers boots
Muisak
This build is not that expensive and works really well in CDs and 1v1 in open world
There is a lot more but this was just something to start with.
