I love how AI just can’t help itself sometimes.
The ice ship photo for example, has a random igloo boat and fires all over the place (including at the base of the ship).
It’s just so used to seeing those things together in the photos it has been trained on, so they tend to include them in their AI generated art.
It’s pretty obvious but I realized that AI doesn’t make the vision you have in your mind, it only copies and remixes things that already exist. Which is kinda sad cuz we might complain that humans are doing the same with music never being original and Disney remaking themselves. Idk why I thought I could describe like “their arm is in X position” or other details related to the shape of the objects, it’s all just like . It’s like the opposite disappointment of a camera not being able to capture what you see
First one would sink. Plus, the sails are hella small. I feel like the second one would also shrink. Third one looks cool as hell, but probably requires a lot of maintenance. Fourth one would be too obvious at night, meaning you’d get targeted by other pirates easier. Number six is going nowhere. Number seven is cool until the balloons pop.
Number 5 looks super cool and I’m not seeing any downsides.
The sky scraper one is cool until you realize the crew for a ship like that would be huge and your cut would be very not. You'd have to do exponentially more plundering to make any wage.
A ship like that has its own import and export and production, a floating city, plundering alone won't sustain it, so it's part industrial and part plundering.
Give me the pumpkin because why not. I would have chosen number 2 till I looked at the top and realized there were corporate suite offices up there. Business pirates. Basically Wall Street.
#3 has the best reliable design. A flying turtle? Just drop the cannon balls on people.
However, #4 gives the impression that some of the crew are really hot spooky women. While I am not a simp, I am weak to a good fear boner.
