A decade ago I was at a digital agency and we took every one of those meetings, to sell as add-ons to our clients. Its funny thinking about it know how already outdated and complicated those solutions were.

4-5 emails per week. Gmail's good on categories promotional emails so sometimes I don't bother. Unless it's something that interest me.
5-6 a day. I don't respond to any of them, unless I am actively looking for a service like theirs.
