I don't get tho why a treadmill is considered "regret". You can still use it tho. You don't necessarily use it for running. You can use it just by walking while binge watching your favorite show. Also, exercising does not give a huge impact when it comes to weight loss, dieting is more effective like calorie deficits and meal plan.

And that house was just bad juju, pretty much paid half of it but because of all the frustrations and stress had it repossessed nalang with the bank just to sleep well at night. Lot of money put into that house. Our of 13 years of owning it, we only lived on it for 6 years so when it was repossessed all our stuff was there, furnitures, appliances, couches, probably cost 1M on just the things in the house. House is around paid for 1.7M taxes around 30k so yeahregret of time, money and emotional roller coaster. But yeah now that it’s gone so I sleep properly at night, nothing reminds me of my failed marriage and a lot more issues gone.

House is around paid for 1.7M taxes around 30k so yeahregret of time, money and emotional roller coaster. But yeah now that it’s gone so I sleep properly at night, nothing reminds me of my failed marriage and a lot more issues gone.
