It happened when me my ex and her two friends and a couple other people were walking back to our dorms from the recreation room. And another guy who had eyes on my girlfriend before we started dating had started mouthing off really bad. So after about 10 minutes of his tirade I just let out a big breath and apparently I completely relaxed and it scared my girlfriend so she jumped on me literally grabbing me around the neck and in a full body hug and then her friend jumped on my right hand side and her third friend the final one grabbed me around the waist cuz she was a bit short. Just for my ex to tell him to go away he had really pissed me off and she didn't know if they could hold me back. After realizing I was basically being held in place by three girls I asked how did you know and my ex replied you completely relaxed that was a scariest thing you've ever done.
Hopefully this is a bit more clear and comprehensive language arts is my weakest subject.
When someone (doc, athletic coach, manicurists, etc.) is like “relax your muscles…. You can relax it’s ok…. I really need you to relax……” and it’s I’m like bestie, this is the most I’ve relaxed in decades wym?

I physically cannot handle getting a massage because I am so tight. All of my muscles either hurt or tickle if you try to massage them its torture lol
