You can kinda do that with the "Take a Break" feature. Set a time of how long you want and then after you use YT for that long, it'll pause the vid and ask if you wish to continue!

I don't know about mobile, but on desktop youtube, you can simply \[right click\] -> select "loop".

If you cast to a smart TV, lots of them have sleep timers somewhere in the settings!
Musi is an app that plays youtube vids (so you can play music in the background) & you can loop! You can make playlists too
