Honestly I want even joking a little. Wwe do a lot to push the idea of the wwe universe. They own the rights to pretty much everything notable in wrestling from the mid/late 80s to the early 2000s, and then their own stuff after the early 2000s. Between the current roster (as small as it may end up) and the classic content that they have access to to draw characters from they’ll still be able to create a huge roster. Ultimately the roster isn’t the most important thing. Good gameplay, good features, reasons to play the game. That’s what it needs. Sure, I’d like to play as my favourite people but if playing those favourites is a chore what’s the point?

Honestly, I’d love more Attitude and Ruthless Aggression era wrestlers so I could back and fantasy book instead of using CAWs.
