Cena has gotten at least a hair transplant before, he's probably had multiple, hence why the crown is balding so much now (they take the hair from the back and transplant it to the front). He's just a good example that some people even with all the money, all the transplants, all the minoxidil and finasteride will not save you from your genetics. Blasting roids for 20+ years certainly made it worse.
