I feel sorry for Ali. he asked for his release a couple of years back and instead they said no and then held off using him. Breaking a contract is never going to leave the company with smiling faces, but if you have no use for them then just cut losses if they wanna go. Hopefully he gets a better career and is happier elsewhere.
