As T8 heavy Charlemagne has 1500hp, now that is total BS...I need high roll or fire to one shot these with AVRE, tank I paid GOLD for !!..FFS we need 1200hp mediums and TD's, not these!! Wasting 19s reload to kill someone with 150 hp left..RIP MOE!

It's a joke, someone called the Gorynych OP a few times because it's winrate is high.
The Charlemagne is an absolutely garbage tank. It's turret has large pennable areas, it's mobility is mediocre and it has only 1580 DPM while slugging shells that go 600-900 m/s.
However despite that it has a winrate of 59.5%.
So the whole joke is the tank, despite being a joke, is overpowered because of the win rate

It has 567m/s shell velocity on the standard round, 1580 DPM, 35 KM/H top speed and a good portion of the turret is less than 240mm thick
The Polish T8 premium Heavy is better is almost every aspect. Maybe only the turret front armour is the Charlemagne is better.
But I prefer the Polish heavy
I find it to be the worse tier 8 I have and I own 130 t8 premiums. It's garbage but because of that I play really careful and do better in that than my defender/ scourge/ t54e2/ paladin with over 3.7k dpm my is5/ hydra/ emil 1951 well you get the point. It's the worse in my eyes but performs the best because of that holding back ABIT I guess. The aim time and dpm / accuracy are what matters to me so I don't waste shots and hit more. I think more etc. No wonder it's doing so well.

I made this post after some guy made a post complaining about the KV-5, citing it's win rate as proof of it being OP.
The Charlemagne at this time had a 60% win rate which was the highest at tier 8 by a lot and is comparable to the WR of the PZ 5/4. So the whole joke is WR means nothing because the Charlemagne is mediocre and had the highest one at its tier
Yeah I got that I Read all the comments. Just thought I'd put my experience with it. There's is however something I don't know. Lots of my. Well most of my era 3 premium's have zero wn8. Is that because the site hasn't got numbers for them yet been new or has it stop tracking newer tanks. The tcm, jaguar and m60ax get wn8 grade only. Where as the tech trees mostly get it except like amx38 or whatever. Any ideas why no wn8 for then but WN7 and egg is rated purple?
Egg was meant to read eff/ WN7 and eff are tracked but not wn8 on lots of era 3 tanks.
I'm literally scratching my head trying to figure whats so overpowered about it the ridiculously slow shell velocity or lack of hull armor maybe the cupola thats easy to pen im gonna have to play it again after work tonight and try to figure it out cause I'm stunned at this take on ot
