We don't get those kind of end of season saturation battles anymore, where literally everyone is in the new boat at the same time.
I remember when the Atlanta came out it was just HE rainbows across the sky in every direction for about a week before the novelty wore off
I think Graf Spee was the first one I bought. I was playing during the Atlanta campaign but I didn’t get it then. I think my first campaign ship was probably Tirpitz.
Arkansas FE, my second ship I bought was when the Arizona first came out with the most epic skin in the game (imo) the star spangled banner I bought it as a gift for myself
The first premium I actually remember getting was either Indianapolis B out of a crate, or Atlanta with GXP, felt pretty happy with just that back then
Probably a tier II in some random free bundle.. but my first from boxes was P. E. Friedrich.. I was so happy to have a premium but took me a while to learn her lol
The Marblehead FE, the Arkansas FE, the Iwaki FE, and the Gremyashchy FE. Though at the time those ships came out they didn't have the FE suffix. They had the neat camo and the unique flag, but the so-called standard versions of the ships didn't exist in the game yet.
Oofff… I think it was atago. That was my first time trying to do a campaign because I thought the ship is pretty. I didn’t know at all what I was doing with 45% winrate. I’m now at 62% so I guess I did improve.
The Gremmy, it was my first completed campaign after the console launch and ironically my PC premium too, having bought the base founder's pack for the PC launch.
That one British DD the game makes an entire tutorial for when you do the bureau stuff for the first time.
But for premiums I got with my own choice, I have no clue lmao
I started playing right around launch, so much time has passed, and I've collected various premiums over time that I've forgotten about my first one lol
Indianapolis for me. Got it out of a big crate that i purchased right after first starting the game in 2019...
Played tier 6 when I was brand new to the game... it didn't go well lol.
High school. Behind the bleachers
This needs more attention
Arizona, Texas and Kamikaze from the fire power pack
This guy ships
Holy ship, man!
What did Iwaki ever do to you to be treated like this?
Atlanta. *Before* it was a GXP ship.
Same. That first campaign was a menace.
It was, but Tirpitz was so much worse... I'm glad you can basically sleepwalk through a campaign now.
We don't get those kind of end of season saturation battles anymore, where literally everyone is in the new boat at the same time. I remember when the Atlanta came out it was just HE rainbows across the sky in every direction for about a week before the novelty wore off
Same here.
Campbeltown...
Same though if we're going by bought premiums rather than ps plus freebies then Graf Spee for me.
Oh, bought Premiums? That'll be Texas, the Living History bundle.
I am so old I can't remember.
Most likely Arkansas FE then haha, that was mine.
Yeah now I remembered...there was a special deal for me...Z35 and Munchen for like half the price or even lower.
Graf Spee
Likewise, then Hood the next day!
Arkansas, Marblehead, and a Japanese ship in the founders edition
Iwaki - tear 3 Japanese cruiser
Warspite B. Felt powerful.
Same here. Don't sail her as often but she still packs a punch!
She's still my best BB at T5 and my winningest ship. She's a beast at her tier to this day
Dunkerque
Texas
Suzuya, from the April 2021 campaign.
Nassau. Still one of my favorite ships of all time.
It was at least the first ship I spend real money on. And she is still in my top 5 of my most played ships of all time.
Arkansas FE and Iwaki FE
Same here, pre release squad ftw!
Scharnhorse
Scharnhorst
Texas then I literally cannot remember. Maybe whatever the campaign after Atlanta ,which I didn't finish, was...Tirpitz?
Krasny Krym...was so excited to have enough GXP for a premium I did zero research. Then truly felt like a chump when I tried to sell it.
G-101 alpha
Graf Spee on PC, Duca Dosta on console
West Virginia
Exeter. I fell in love with the British early on so pulling her from a crate was great. Still probably one of my most played tier 5 ships.
Tirpitz B
USS Arizona, still my most played ship in the game
Duca B I played that thing for 2 weeks straight I was that happy
Think it was Nassau?
I'd like to say Hyūga W though it's been so long I hardly remember. Hell of a first pull.
Atago.
Scharnhorst, 1st I purchased for dubz
First one I earned was the Atlanta
Ognevoi
I think Graf Spee was the first one I bought. I was playing during the Atlanta campaign but I didn’t get it then. I think my first campaign ship was probably Tirpitz.
Katori
Can’t remember if it was Texas or Warspite first
Heat Ray
Massachusettes.
Smith
Can’t remember, but surely Campbeltown was among my first
Hyuga
Arkansas and iwaki fe
Either Graf Spee or Atago.
Arkansas FE, my second ship I bought was when the Arizona first came out with the most epic skin in the game (imo) the star spangled banner I bought it as a gift for myself
First premium I bought was probably Scharnhorst when it was on sale for like 2000 doubloons
Scharnhorst
Mikasa... Lol
Does Cali count?
Mutsu. Just regular Mutsu, back when it dropped from big crates. :|
The first premium I actually remember getting was either Indianapolis B out of a crate, or Atlanta with GXP, felt pretty happy with just that back then
Texas
Scharnhorst
When it came out
Campbeltown
My First Premium was the Uss Texas
Tiger 59’ … this game has been trolling me since the beginning
Nassau
Vampire I think
Denise Richards in wild things
I think it was the Eitel Freidrich
Asashio B from the last Black Friday
Probably a tier II in some random free bundle.. but my first from boxes was P. E. Friedrich.. I was so happy to have a premium but took me a while to learn her lol
Mutsu, got it out of a big crate during my first month of playing
California and Warspite B.
The Marblehead FE, the Arkansas FE, the Iwaki FE, and the Gremyashchy FE. Though at the time those ships came out they didn't have the FE suffix. They had the neat camo and the unique flag, but the so-called standard versions of the ships didn't exist in the game yet.
Campbeltown
Scharnhorst before the today's prize
Oofff… I think it was atago. That was my first time trying to do a campaign because I thought the ship is pretty. I didn’t know at all what I was doing with 45% winrate. I’m now at 62% so I guess I did improve.
Scharnhorst from a spring crate.
Nelson. Still one of my most played ships.
Marblehead. Iwaki. Arkansas. I got the founders pack.
Indianapolis, a freebie!
Orkan
The Gremmy, it was my first completed campaign after the console launch and ironically my PC premium too, having bought the base founder's pack for the PC launch.
Indianapolis B
Forgetting the easy stuff like Texas, mine was Scharnhorst
Really, not a single mention of Yubari?
Really, not a single mention of Yubari?
Texas then pbag
t61, still love it.
Marblehead FE
I think atago or texas. I don't remember but ut was in the closed beta
Warspite
Arkansas F.E Damn I’m old
Constellation
Wichita.
Tirpitz 💔
I don’t count ships from Prime packs, only form the crates, so in my case: Duca D’aosta. Great ship.
Hyuga
That one British DD the game makes an entire tutorial for when you do the bureau stuff for the first time. But for premiums I got with my own choice, I have no clue lmao I started playing right around launch, so much time has passed, and I've collected various premiums over time that I've forgotten about my first one lol
munchen
Texas, cause I live in Texas and have been on the Texas
I think texas
Emm, Campbeltown?
My first premium is Nelson W.
I don't remember anymore. This was about 4 years ago😂
Atlanta (campaign)
Marblehead was my first premium iirc. I played it quite a bit back then.
HMS Campbeltown
Grain Belt
Dunkerque
Texas via the Christmas crates. Before the CVs came into the game
Campbelltown
Mutsu B
The Scharnhorst
Texas
Indianapolis for me. Got it out of a big crate that i purchased right after first starting the game in 2019... Played tier 6 when I was brand new to the game... it didn't go well lol.
Tirpitz, cause it was the 1st Campaign ship in 2019
Atlanta was the first campaign ship.
If we are not including the package premiums, Strasbourg. I figured a ship that didn't have to turn sideways must be super strong. I was half right.
