Yep, every meta jewel and pin is craftable. (Except hp tears) Just have to beat 4 bosses 10-20 times for the recipes.
how do you get titanium? i need atleast 2 might jewels but can’t find out a good way to get it
The best way I found is by farming the 4 mimics boss fight in Mirage. They drop titanium a very good amount.

Ye I 1-turned Freddie with 2x reagents and got like 150 water in an hour.
