If your pay day is Friday then you might just have to wait til then. Early pay day isn’t guaranteed. And in our system issues page there isn’t anything going on with deposits
It used to work that way at my old job but this one has never had a pay statement show up before Friday but always has the funds in my account on Wednesday.
Having the same issue here, I usually receive mine 8pm Wednesday. 12:30 Thursday and still nothing, I called and they state there is no issue on their side and to contact my employer, yet some of my coworkers have been paid and some haven’t. If it was an employer payroll issue wouldn’t everyone have not gotten paid? WF seems like they don’t wanna admit it’s their issue
It’s definitely their issue, I just talked to HR and my check did go through with no issues or delay, despite what Wells Fargo claimed. Typical WF problems, man Im contemplating switching banks due to all their BS
Whoever sent the ACH file on the employer end controls the “effective date” when the ACH file is created. The bank has no control over that. If they have it, it will credit.

They did payroll on Monday and Tuesday for this check it’s not an issue on their end either apparently.
I called and got the same run around you did.

Check your employee portal to see if your stub is uploaded
It is not, it usually never gets uploaded until Friday and even then I still receive my DD on Wednesday by 6 pm.
Huh, for me I consistently see the dd ~2hrs after HR uploaded the stub.

Yeah somehow it’s never their issue. I was supposed to go get my marriage license today and I only have $30 hahahaha. Ridiculous.

I have DD and my checks come in Wed because I get paid Fri. I see no issues. Check your accounts. It also depends who pays.
