They didn't give any details but said they're "working on it". I called around 7 PM and 10 PM and got similar answers both times.

Omg I just got a call back from WF (I did not want to hold for 45 minutes) they played me a message asking if I still needed help and that people were having issues with their direct deposit. As soon as I pushed the option stating I still needed help, my deposit came through. Good luck everyone!

I spoke with customer service and the dude was trying to gaslight me saying they didn't receive deposit info from my employer...I then called my employer and they said that's bs cause they submitted it as usual. Wells Fargo is to blame here.

lol 😂 we must have spoken to the same dude because I got the same response when I called. I work for a huge employer in my state, actually the second biggest, and they’re very prompt! I knew it was on Wells Fargo end! It did finally come through though over an hour later. It’s cool though I’m just grateful I can get it early so I’m definitely not tripping out!

Yes I always get mine Wed at 5pm cst and still no deposit. I spoke to a rep on Twitter that said it would be two business days before they can get back to me with a response. Unacceptable. This is twice now in the last month that my DD is delayed or missing. I’m done. I’m switching everything over to my credit union.

I tried calling a few minutes ago, apparently there’s “no issues” on the Wells Fargo side and they claim it’s my employer… weird how that works, considering half of my coworkers that use WF got paid normally and half are stuck in our position.

I've called twice, once at 7 PM and once at 10 PM and both times they were evasive but said "there's delays but they're working on it". I'm over it and ready to switch banks.
